I rented at two different locations with this company. The apts were fine but when it came time to finish my lease they charged me for the carpet that they also charged the previous tenants for and even after charging them for it didn't repair it for me to move in with. So basically double charged. I finished my lease and they charged me for the carpet even after I showed them thier own damage report from the previous tenant that they charged me for. They of course took my 900$ deposit and charged another 900 against my credit. So if you rent don't expect a deposit back and be prepared to dispute

It was a absolute pleasure doing business with this company. Very professionally run. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately with no hassle. The home I rented through them was extremely beautiful very well maintained, hats off to the owners. A big thank you to the staff at Briken & Associates!

I’ve been really impressed with Briken and how they run their business. They are thorough, efficient, professional and helpful. They return calls and answer questions patiently and courteously. For a short while I was with another management company and mistakes were made the very first month that was never reconciled... it was easy to switch to Briken and feel more confident in their work ethic and performance. Personal experiences with Briken & Associates:
1. Front desk person very unpleasant and "irritated" if bothered with questions or complaints
2. Will not do an initial walk-through with you after signing
3. After moving in, whatever problems the initial walk-through found were not acknowledged until the refrigerator started leaking
4. God forbid you need to get out of your lease, no matter the reason: lost job, my company was ready to pay them 3-months rent to let us out of our lease, but they refused! In the end, after putting the house myself on Zillow and Craigslist, they were able to sign
