Man this place and the people that work here are amazing! I know they not open yet but I been trying to find somewhere to live because I am coming for college, everyone that I have run across has been pretty rude except for them. Miss trisha actually gave me time to explain my situation and listened before she cut me off like everyone else telling me that I would not qualify before even giving me a chance, but she was different, she's a christian lady and she is very kind. When I find someone to cosign for my apartment I will be coming back over there to Wilshire because the way I was treated so

I just have a bunch to say about these apartments but the best thing is the management. I have been living down the street on power center apts for awhile now and my manager is horrible I came here to wilshire and the office staff was so friendly to me. i am going thru so many things rigth now and even tho i know they are super busy people i sat in the manager office and she listened to talk about my problems at my other complex, i am hoping to move here very soon, i put in my application and waitng for them to open back up, i'm telling everyone i know how friendly she was and how she showed so

Kicking everyone out of the apartments during a pandemic, days after Hurricane Laura devastated the area. Gave 10 day notice to get our belongings out while most of us are still evacuated from the area. Said there won't be rent charged but took out the money from our account anyway. Which put us in the negative because we assumed they meant it when they said they weren't charging rent, so we used that money to buy food WHILE EVACUATED. Pretty sure kicking us out like this is illegal, by the way.

During the pandemic I appreciate and applaud the Wilshire team for excellence customer service. They keep us updated on new procedures as we process thru everyday events. The team is friendly and makes us feel like family rather than tenants. Thank you Wilshire Apartments for exceeding all of our needs.

Great place to live! Management is always nice & helpful. Anytime I had an issue, management has always been really quick with making sure it was fixed. Trish, the property manager, really goes above and beyond for all of her residents. There has never been a time where I felt just like a “resident”. Even during the pandemic, she made everything easier. She makes you feel like family. Really great choice for a property manager! During hurricane Laura, she made it a point to check on me & she even offered help with moving my personal property (the little that was left) from from my apartment

I really love their service. This is my first apartment and I’m so happy I chose them. My experience with whilshire is unforgettable. They even allowed me to switch apartments when I felt one wasn’t the right fit for me! I never felt like this before! Thank you Wilshire ! Especially a huge thanks to TRISH she’s the one who helped me out on this! Very very sweet person! Once again thanks!!!!!!

My fiance and I moved into our apartment in may and we LOVE it here! We are in the new builds in the back and they are absolutely gorgeous!! Every single member of the staff is polite, helpful, and willing to work with you! The grounds are always kept nice. It's a fairly quiet community, and everyone I have ran into neighbor wise have all been very friendly as well. Choosing the Wilshire as our new home was definitely one of the best things we've done this year 😊 I am so happy here!

The apartments are really nice and it's quiet. What I love most is, if there is a problem or something needs to be fixed they come right away and fix it😊. I never have an issue with management. Only thing is, I wish the units came with washer and dryers inside, but they have a laundry room available in site!
