When I needed to help with problems in the apartments, the maintenance staff were super quick to help. Very kind. But I rate it 2 because I had to deal with the terrible office lady once a month and maybe more when I have the guts to go tell her something is wrong with my home. The blond lady always has the nastiest attitude everytime I come in to pay a bill and I feel so stressed out when I have to come to her to explain when there is something wrong in my apartment. 0 Stars....charged me to replace the carpet in the entire 2 bedroom apartment (I only kept boxes in the second bedroom) and was only there for work so didn’t have guests. When I disputed the charge and asked for pictures they sent me pictures of where my TV stands were in the living and bedroom (could’ve easily just been vacuumed). When I tried to call and talk to the office staff they told me there was nothing they could do and if I didn’t pay I would be sent to a collection agency. Country Club Pointe Apartments are conveniently located near major travel routes with many shopping opportunities nearby as well as healthcare and school systems. The apartments are structured with comfortable living in mind which have good flow and updated amenities. The gated community adds a level of security for residents. The on site staff is competent and professional. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to relocate.

Apartment is nice size. Maintenance is quick to fix repairs. Office workers are nice and easy to deal with. Unfortunately we have been complaining about the noise from our neighbors upstairs for days now, and nothing seems to be done about. It's ridiculous, when you are a shift worker and you can't get sleep at day or night, because somebody upstairs wants to jump and stomp on the floor all day and night. Never had an issue until now and I been here for 8 months. Now I can't wait to leave.
