The dental hygienist I saw was great, and everyone was kind, but the dentist saw me for about 2 minutes on my first visit and recommend a couple thousand dollars of work, which seemed out of the blue. I went to another dentist to compare recommendations, and she saw only a couple of minor things that were not emergencies. A couple of the things Dr Reagan recommended she could see no evidence of being necessary. On top of that, the billing department messed up my bill in a couple different ways and it took them months to figure out (I still think they were off by about $10 in

Upon my first visit I was pleasantly surprised by their knowledge of TMJ & TMD disorders. I’ve suffered for years with nothing but PT or mouth guards for any relief. I now have a plan in place to get the most benefit possible thanks to Saco River Dentistry. In time I am confident that their extensive evaluations and diagnostics will assure me of the proper orthopedic process to restore the alignment and provide long awaited relief. Thank you 🥰

I was recommended to their office by a work friend and am so glad about it! Dr. Hicks and Ashley M. were terrific as well as the receptionist. All my concerns were addressed with loving care and professionalism. The office is stunning and I feel very blessed to be a new patient, especially being a resident of Buxton. The drive is super convenient but more importantly, I was well taken care of today for my first visit and look forward to going back. I didn't feel like a number. Good job team Saco River Dentistry!

I had an appointment today with Dr. Hicks and his assistant, Addie. I have to say the experience was pleasant from start to finish. They are a very professional and friendly team. If I could rate Dr. Hicks more than 5 stars I would. It was totally painless and his work is impeccable. I have been in the dental field for 10 years and was very impressed with him.

Not a huge fan of the dentist but I no longer feel that way they are all amazing and very compassionate. I am so happy I was told about Saco River dentistry. It was my first visit and they made sure I wasn’t in pain and reassured me about and up coming appointment also have me options because I get anxious about the dentist. Feeling grateful ❤️

Not only is the building known as Saco River Dentistry beautiful- it is filled with amazing people. I was lucky to be paired with the wonderful Doctor Labonte and his awesome assistant Tessa. They worked beautifully together. They kept conversation upbeat yet appropriate for the setting. I never thought that I would say this; but I am looking forward to seeing them both at my next dental appointment.
