Over 80 employees help to carry out its mission to promote healthy lifestyle changes for the community. Ames Fitness Center can provide corporate membership options for groups of all sizes. Additionally, we can track the fitness center usage of your employees and provide monthly usage reports to you.

How do I know what class to go to? There is a description of all the classes available (at any front desk or online) or video clips to preview on line. Sports and fitness has been a huge part of my life as long as I can remember. I have always had some great role models to follow, and I hope I can be that person for others through teaching classes.
