Yes, every workout is tough, but that's why I love it more each day because it let's me see how far I can push myself! Supportive family feel with incredible trainers that push you with new and different workouts every day! I was very skeptical of group fitness, but I put that aside and joined dragging my feet of course.

I trust the process and the physical changes speaks for itself, but the life style change with healthy habits is everlasting! Trainers are supportive with clear direction and provide a fun family group atmosphere.
Services
Kickboxing at NLXF is unlike kickboxing you're going to find anywhere else. Why? We have built our kickboxing aspect from the ground up and have continuously evolved our structure so it never becomes overly repetitive or mundane. Every session we start out with the basic kickboxing movements and over the course of the 8-week program, we gradually build our way up to more advanced and complex movements.
A: NLXF is a 8-week program that combines several different forms of training into one program that will challenge people from all different fitness levels. Different aspects of our program include kickboxing, strength training, plyometrics, core work, yoga among many others. A: We use several different types of equipment.

I have been a member for a few years. When I started I knew nothing about this kind of workout and was desperate to get healthy. Joining was the best decision of my adult life. I am an older member and feel welcomed every time I walk through the doors. NLXF is for everyone. Age, size and fitness level does not matter!

Hands down, the best gym in Des Moines! NLXF offers a variety of workout classes including strength training, resistance bands, kickboxing/cardio, and agility exercises to keep you motivated and to keep your body guessing. The workouts are ALWAYS different and the class times are flexible! The trainers are very knowledgeable, focus on proper form and technique, encourage you to push yourself, and are always willing to help you with nutrition. I have been going to this gym for over three years now, and I walk out everyday feeling accomplished, more energized, and stronger. I highly recommend NLXF

This is hands down the best gym I have ever been to. I like that it's a different class every day. It's like a surprise waiting for you the next day which makes me want to get up and go workout to see what's in store for me that day. I love that Ryan and Sarah push me beyond my limits. They truly care for everyone who walks through their doors!

I've worked out the last 9 years at most of the Metro group fitness gyms and I can honestly say this is the best one by far. I've been attending Next Level for the past 3 years and it's definitely the most challenging but also the most fun.
Ryan and his staff are great at keeping things fresh, and you'll never getting bored with the same old routines. They provide the proper instruction and motivation for anyone to reach their goals.
I tried it based on a friend's recommendation, take that chance, you won't regret it.

This gym is awesome! The trainers will go out of their way to make sure you are using the proper lifting technique and the other members will encourage and push you to work harder! I’ve been a member of NLXF for over a year and a half and I’ve never done the same workout twice! The workouts will challenge you regardless of your fitness level! This is the best gym in the metro!

I’m so proud to call NLXF my gym! I have been a member for over 2 years and I can’t imagine working out anywhere else. The workout classes are different everyday which makes it fun and the trainers are amazing and always pushing you to your fullest potential! A huge perk for me is they offer free child care during classes which without that I don’t think I would be able to workout and live a healthier lifestyle for me and my family!

This gym is the best place I’ve found to workout. The instructors are awesome and actually care about helping each person in that room. There’s always a new workout everyday to change things up, and always some good music to go with!

This is the best gym in the metro. I love the atmosphere and friendly people. Ryan and Sarah constantly pushing your limits and they are awesome trainers! I enjoy working out at this place and always looking forward to it.

Great staff. Great workouts. Great motivation. They put the task in front of you but it is completely on yourself and how hard you want to push to get results. My now wife is the reason I go and NLXF is a big part of our lives.

I have been going here for about 3 years now and it is by far the best atmosphere and mixture of workouts I have ever experienced. always something new which keeps it interested."the mad scientist" does a great job creating new workouts. highly recommend NLXF to all levels of exercise enthusiasts

Being a part of the NLXF family has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. The trainers are GREAT. Music is always ON POINT. Workouts are super KILLER. Always dying and hurt but of course in a good way. There is not one day I leave the gym regretting my decision of waking up at 4am in the morning to make it to the 5am class. If… you asked me to go to the gym at 5am a year ago from today I’d tell you that you’re trippin. It’s always, always, ALWAYS worth it.
On a personal note, this gym is more to me than just the fitness. This gym has done so much

By far the best workout I have found since my days in the wrestling room. The trainers are fantastic to work with always ready to give extra motivation, instruction or alternate exercises when needed. I love how the workouts very to keep things fresh. It will be the best hour of your day!

I highly recommend NLXF! I have never experienced such an amazing atmosphere in a gym before. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and continuously push and encourage you. The entire facility is always clean and well kept. They play great upbeat music and have such a variety of workouts, no two days are ever the same! If you're looking for somewhere to start or something new come check it out, I promise you won't regret it.

This is the first group fitness program I’ve ever been a part of and couldn’t be more pleased. The positive and encouraging atmosphere from the top down really sets this gym apart. The multiple class times provides flexibility and each class seems to have their own personality to fit each person, would highly recommend!

I was deciding between two other gyms that offer kickboxing and some strength when I heard Next Level was coming to Des Moines. I wanted something very challenging and something that wouldn’t get boring. Well, I definitely found exactly what I was looking for and much more. This is the place if you want awesome music, awesome people, awesome trainers and an awesome atmosphere all around. I haven’t worked out like this since I was in school sports. It’s amazing to be pushed and to want to keep pushing yourself. Try the trial classes and you’ll see exactly what I mean.

This gym is amazing and the trainers are by far the best around. I hated working out on my own so I just didn't do it. Even with 100 other people in the gym during classes, you still feel like you are getting 1 on 1 attention each day. I've been pushed beyond my limits and my comfort zone many times and I am thankful to NLXF. The variety of work outs is great and after almost 3 years, I'm never bored.

This place deserves more than 5 stars! It’s better than any workout program I’ve done and I’ve done a lot! It’s a new workout every day so it keeps it interesting. I no longer dread going to the gym! The trainers are awesome and the environment is so motivating 🙂

This gym is amazing.

I was looking for a gym that could challenge me and I found that in Next Level.

What is Next Level?

Next Level is a boot camp style gym. The way the gym is set up they have 8 week sessions and everyday of that 8 weeks is different. I loved the variety of exercises and trust me you will never be "bored" during class with all the different workout combos they offer between kickboxing, body weight exercise, dumbbells, jump roping, resistance bands, rowing, steps, and ladders.

I did one trial class and fell in love and signed up for 6 months because that is how

Today I just finished my 1st 8 week session and I have to admit, I feel AMAZING. To compare my 1st week where I wanted to puke, quit and give the middle finger to all the fit people, I accomplished my goal of not quitting and following through. I've signed up and have ran (3) 1/2 marathons, a few 10ks but never performed at my best because I would always quit in the middle of training.
