My name is T.J. Brooks, Personal Trainer and Owner of Merle Hay Fitness Personal Training. Over the past few years I have been following my passion to help others reach their goals and get healthy. I worked with TJ & Devin on my journey to fitness. They are really the best mentors and workout professionals in Des Moines( I’ve tried a couple of them) especially TJ , who cares like none other. The accountability, motivation, nutrition- guides, workouts, MHF family... is phenomenal.

I was referred to Merle Hay Fitness by friends. I was nervous to join at first because I had gotten so out of shape, but I'm so glad I finally made the leap of faith. This is more than a gym, it's a family! I got nutritional coaching as well as personalized fitness coaching. TJ clearly takes the time to learn about his clients and not just give the same cookie cutter program to everyone.
