Reaching out for help is an act of courage and of belief in yourself and your own power to heal. You deserve to feel positive about your life, your future, and yourself, and healing and growth are possible. Reaching out to a therapist can feel a little intimidating, but it can be the first step in claiming for yourself the life you want to live.

As far as the experience I've had it's been more than satisfactory, it's going over and Beyond what I was looking for. Although only parts of my treatment seeking fit into their parameters. I have been with Health Allies for five years. As someone who has had 15 plus years of therapy, going from one therapist to the next, It was a breath of fresh air when I met Tiffany Kettermann. I was able to address my trauma, have a safe space to retreat to and heal with a professional, empathetic allie on my side. There are even wonderful therapeutic groups such as art groups, sound baths, and so much more. I will forever be grateful to Health Allies for validating and helping me through some tough issues. I highly recommend this counseling facility.
