Health Allies Counseling is a group practice that focuses primarily on healing for people affected by trauma, narcissistic abuse, drug and alcohol use, and domestic violence. Each therapist also brings their own unique interests, specializations, and ways of treating clients. We value diversity, inclusion and anti-racism.
Reaching out for help is an act of courage and of belief in yourself and your own power to heal. You deserve to feel positive about your life, your future, and yourself, and healing and growth are possible. Reaching out to a therapist can feel a little intimidating, but it can be the first step in claiming for yourself the life you want to live.

I am so thankful to have been able to receive care from here. I am even more grateful they accept my insurance. But Dr. Tisha has been so nice, caring and helpful, I couldn't believe the transformation I've been able to feel. So thankful.

I realize now after being a client there for more than a year, that it is not their care that is lacking, it is the insurance system. so have great patience with them because it's our insurance companies that make the Hoops very difficult, yet still they are doing their due diligence to accept new clients. As far as the experience I've had it's been more than satisfactory, it's going over and Beyond what I was looking for. Although only parts of my treatment seeking fit into their parameters. I was able to find a perfect fit within their a group of counselors. it's really hard to tell what some

Health Allies Counseling practiced next to my acupuncture practice for years. Besides strong one-on-one counseling, they put on many group events, supporting women especially, and connected them to the information, resources, and help they needed in times of both calm and crisis.

I have been with Health Allies for five years. As someone who has had 15 plus years of therapy, going from one therapist to the next, It was a breath of fresh air when I met Tiffany Kettermann. I was able to address my trauma, have a safe space to retreat to and heal with a professional, empathetic allie on my side. There are even wonderful therapeutic groups such as art groups, sound baths, and so much more. I will forever be grateful to Health Allies for validating and helping me through some tough issues. I highly recommend this counseling facility.

Very caring and compassionate counselors that go above and beyond for their clients. Even through lots of growth and they still manage to make their clients feel heard and valued and make sure that they get the absolute best care. Wonderful groups are an asset to the community. Highly recommend!
