I understand planning for this investment is not only an emotional factor, but also an economic factor for you. You've finally reached a point where you are ready to address the trauma and heal. Below is my pricing for therapy sessions that typically occur weekly. Because the way I do therapy is often short in nature you won't be paying forever like many other therapies.
My go-to therapy for effective treatment of anxiety, stress, and trauma is Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Many other types of therapies may take months or years to start seeing results. ART has been researched to show that after an average of 3-5 sessions relief benefits are found.

On top of the accelerated relief, ART is a process that does not require you to detail your trauma out loud, you maintain control of what you are ready to share with me.ART is an imaginative therapy, using metaphors and images in your mind, combined with body sensations and eye movements, to rescript distressing events or problems.

Ashley is hands-down the best therapist I have discovered in life and I would recommend her to literally anyone looking to grow and improve their life via therapy.
