Our gym equipment and amenities are diligently maintained and our brands of treadmills, ellipticals, and strength machines include Nautilus, Cybex, Body Masters, and more. Our dumbbell selection runs from 2-120lbs plus we have barbells, Olympic weights, squat racks, TRX, battle-ropes, medicine balls, and more.
In addition to the fitness center we also have a relaxation room for stretching, yoga, foam rolling, and calisthenics. Our performance room is available for use by our members at any time and also used for our Boot Camps. Our gym's fitness training team is full of highly educated, experienced, and certified personal trainers from the Hilton Head Island / Bluffton area. Most of our trainers hold a Bachelor's degree in a gym/fitness/health related field and are certified through the Gold Standards in health and fitness such as ACSM, NSCA, NASM, and ACE.
Our current training team is fully loaded and we need an intelligent, professional, personable, passionate, and customer service driven trainer to take on some "overflow" clients and accrue new clients from The Center as well. The ideal candidate for this position has a bachelor's degree in a health related field and 3 or more years of part-time or full-time training experience.
Current Enrollment: 5.currently seeking more bodies to train! Description: This bootcamp is designed for general strength training and conditioning for the entire body and includes strength, endurance, balance, and mental agility. This bootcamp is suitable for healthy individuals age 18-60 and rockstars over the age of 60.
I am a collegiate athlete and have been working out at The Center for several years now. Their facility hosts some of the finest work out equipment in the area. With 24 hour access to the gym, it is easy to find a time to work out. The entire staff is extremely professional and add great motivation to anyone working out there.
