We miss this place! My fiancee and I moved here in 2018, just before I started graduate school at UD. We shared a one-bedroom as our first apartment together.
There is so much to love about the versatile layout.
We learned how to cook many new meals together in the kitchen, featuring ample counter space for preparing complex meals.
The living room is large and easily customized, so you aren't stuck with one set configuration for your TV/couch.
The den is so big it's like having an extra bedroom. During lockdown, we were able to fit two desks so we could both work from home comfortably.

I spent here a year and two months. It’s clean and beautiful. It has big rooms and big closets. Although there is no special washing machine for clothes, the laundry room is very clean. The neighbor is safe and nice. There is a quick service. Leasing office offers free printing, computers, coffee, and dessert. There is a gym and an outdoor swimming pool. Beautiful nature. All kinds of beautiful colorful flowers and trees you can see there. There is a playground. It’s near Newark shopping center, near Main Street. There is bus stop of University of Delaware. It is near another big playground

Best first apartment anyone could ever ask for. My experience here has been nothing but amazing, and even though it does need updating, you can't beat the staff as well as the tenants here. I was informed in my past that leasing professionals are hard to deal with, but that was never the case when I had a number of issues arise during my stay. The staff members made it very pleasing and more than comfortable to share my input. I'll have nothing but good memories here! The Apartments at Pine Brook have set a high standard.

Best place to live! I love the tranquility of the place, the sound of nature being within 5 minutes in the center of the town. With a gym, a swimming pool and one laundry for each building, the apartments are very cozy and beautiful, well distribute and with so much light. The personal are just amazing!!!! And if you have any kind of problem they will help you so much. Best choice to live in Newark, DE. Lot of parking spot just in front of your building.

Office staff was very friendly and always helpful when needed. Main issue with the apartment complex as a whole is that the walls and floorboards are thin so you can often hear when your upstairs neighbors are just walking around or when your roommate is cooking in the kitchen. Otherwise a great price and fantastic staff for how close it is to the University.
