It's a good place to live in. It's quite and peaceful place. Also it has bicycle stands and car parking.

I lived there for one year and that was the worst place I've ever lived. The manager was so bad and not responsive. They did not fixed the apartment problem in a timely manner! Our refrigerator was not working and they changed it after more than a week and our food spoiled! The price also is so high! There is also always a bad smell in the hallways because they don’t clean it! The washer and driers also were so dirty and not hygienic!

I’ve lived here for nearly 9 months and I throughly enjoy it. Sure the place needs upgrades (sagging cabinets, sagging island, lumpy floors, older appliances) but overall I am very happy here. You get what you pay for, at less than $1000 a month I am very happy with the apartment.
I feel safe (you need a key to enter each building), I rarely hear my neighbors (literally only when sitting in the living room and someone is in the hallway) and the staff has been nothing but helpful and nice. My building is close to the train tracks so you do hear trains often but there is nothing you can do about

Cool But a few things! Iv'e been here in 2010-2014 when I was little! Then I have to move to Cooper's place "one of the worst apartments" for some reason! There is no playgound for kids to play! and I got hurt + the mark stays on forever! does not hurt right now! but good that there's McDonalds, Wi-fi, and are cosuins used to live here!

CG is close to UD, Post Office, and a Shopping Plaza. And the rent is pretty fair. No dishwasher though, and they do not let you have one counter-top dishwasher on your own. They (e.g., maintenance people) enter the building without knocking the door, so you must have a chain lock, which our unit did not have one. I asked the management office to install a chain lock for us and they never cared to take care of it, so I installed one on my own. The managers are very rude, and are not helpful at all. They keep posting new rules on the walls and threatening the tenants to fine them if they do not

Pretty fast and reliable repair and maintenance staff. However the place needs an upgrade and the administration is shady. Live somewhere else if you can. If not you could do worse.
