Was at the apartment but was just removing some dead and damaged trees

My tags expired and they threatened to tow my car. This is perfectly acceptable as it’s in the lease agreement. However the method used to communicate was a full letter-paper sized sticker that would not peel off and left a residue on my car. I immediately renewed my tags and thanked them for informing me. I asked them to remove the sticker they placed and they refused. It took me over half an hour to remove the sticker and they were not helpful once I called to complain. I let them know of at least 5 other ways to communicate the tag issue with tenants that would prevent them from dealing with

Even though I unfortunately had to move early, I loved my time at Oak Tree apartments from Oct 2018 - May 2019. The community was super friendly. The management office was great and all staff members were super helpful and very friendly. I had one maintenance request which was taken care of very timely. I am upset to see all of these people leaving 1 star reviews and not giving any reasoning for it. I had no issues at all while living here.

My experience at Oaktree App was pretty pleasant. I lived there for about year and a half and never had a problem. It is a very quiet place and close to a lot of places. I will recommend it to anyone

I have been living at this place about 3 years.My experience here is nothing but amazing.The facilities are always clean, anytime there is a maintenance problem they come and fix it pretty fast. The staff specially the lady in office (Jia) is Super helpful n friendly. YES ! I definitely I recommend this place.

So far everything has been great. The 3 people I met in the office were kind and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous. The neighborhood is spacious and safe. The price is mid-range. Remember you get what you pay for. Would you rather have clean grounds and helpful staff or granite countertops? Think about it.

Quite, nice, home-like community. Staff over the past year has been very helpful and responsive. Maintaince has always responded promptly and fixed things right away. I would recommend to anyone!
