This place is so noisy. My upstairs neighbor drops boxes and hits stuff during the night and even until 5AM. I cant sleep at night. I talked to the office and they said there is nothing they can do. I have to pay 3 months penalty to leave and break the lease. It is not fair to pay penalty to be able to sleep at night.
Trust me, Do not move here until you are sure you are on the 3rd floor, otherwise you are ruining your life.
Cant wait to move out from this place!

I would not recommend this apartment to Non-Americans, especially people from INDIA, Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh. Maintenance is very bad. Discrimination by rental office and westover company. Information given orally is different then the bills you receive. Lot of disturbance. No action taken if you complaint. If you are NOT a american and if there is a complaint given by a american then action is initiated but not vise versa. People smoke weed inside apartment which smells bad in the building. Rent is less but if you total, you will be paying same to a good apartment. May be

I stayed here for almost 3 years.
Pros:
Convenient for Bank of America, Chase and other few employers.
Secured access to every building.
Community is well lit and security patrol after dark.
Cons:
Maintenance requests are handled at a slow pace.
Gym is not good.
Some Blocks have roaches and bugs.
Overall it is a budget friendly apartment.
