Rittenhouse Station

Carissa is so helpful and I loved the tour as she was able to answer so many of my questions. The apartment itself is wonderful, very spacious and the furnishings are super modern.

Inquired about renting for the upcoming year at this location. I was helped by Danielle, who was very polite and informative. She answered all of my questions and was very transparent about the property and renting policies. This was much appreciated as I’ve had very bad experiences with nearby complexes. Rittenhouse seems to take the questions and concerns of prospective residents very seriously, which is definitely a plus considering it’s convenient location for students. I was very happy with the experience and will absolutely keep them in mind for the upcoming year.

This is a super nice place to live, the rooms are spacious and feel like home. Carissa at the leasing office is always so nice when I come in with questions!

I have had nothing but complaints about the quality of the appliances in the apartment and the incompetence of the staff and management here. Every employee I have met is completely incompetent, both at their jobs and at social interaction. This company mishandles my money and packages and I do not trust anything to be done correctly around here.

Yeah it's a no go. Read the descriptions of everything extremely carefully. Deals that seem too good are, and they will be far more expensive than MANY closer alternatives

If you want to be scammed out of your money, then this is the place for you! Rittenhouse told me and everyone in my apartment that we would all receive a special discount for renewing our leases early. But when the time came for our discount, we were receiving significantly less money off our rent than we were told. When confronted about this issue, it took several encounters and arguments to get it resolved. I am very disappointed in management and Peak Campus. On top of that, the rooms here are extremely overpriced for a very small space. You'd be better off living somewhere else on campus. Don

I greatly enjoyed my experience visiting Rittenhouse Station. It is a beautiful property with great amenities and amazing staff, especially one of the leasing consultants Alysia who was very thorough in assisting me with any questions I had. Highly recommend Rittenhouse as a place to live!

Rittenhouse currently has no one regularly cleaning the common spaces including, hallways, elevators, stairwells. It’s actually being cleaned LESS than before we were in a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. Most staff is unhelpful and are barely trained. Have had multiple occurrences of them “losing” my package even though they sent an email claiming they received with the tracking number.

Our family had a wonderful experience at the Rittenhouse Station. Great service and accommodating staff. Our representative Savannah was helpful and kind and the property is well kept and conveniently located. We recommend.

Rittenhouse Station has beautiful apartments and is such a welcoming environment. Not only are the spaces great, but the employees are so helpful. I had a very tedious and challenging situation in terms of spaces to live because we wanted to choose the best situation for all of our roommates. After going back and forth between a few spaces, Mike… really helped us choose the right space for me and my roommates. He was accommodating, gave accurate information, and was so calm and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you, Mike, for helping us choose the right place for me and my roommates

My roommates and I went through a very tedious process with agreeing on the correct room to satisfy everyones needs. The staff was so great throughout the entirety. We went back and fourth on the phone with Mike and he went above and beyond to ensure we were placed in the room we asked for. He truly cares about his residents and he has helped us relieve the stress that comes with housing. Very thankful for him.

I love living at Rittenhouse, the staff is so great especially Mia. The office provides food sometimes and really care about their residents. They make an effort to remember your name and be interested in your life. They put a great effort into creating a community.

Very helpful staff. Had Mia L explain everything to my throughly and in a easy to understand manner. Keep up the good work!

Mia Levinson along with the other staff members at Rittenhouse are are welcoming and accommodating. The facility is clean, very up to date, and I've had nothing but positive experiences.
