Onsite face to face review/walk thru portion of the inspection will be suspended- the inspector will go to the property, do a thorough inspection, create a report with additional identifying photos.
After the report has been received and reviewed by the Buyer and or relevant parties, a phone review may be scheduled with the Inspector. Sellers, Occupants or Real Estate Agents will be advised to limit contact with the Inspector while he inspects all accessible areas of the Property. Inspector will follow appropriate precautions while on site, based on available current safety information.

I ask for a sample report when I interviewed this company to hire for my new home purchase inspection.
I was very pleased with the thoroughness and accuracy the sample report provided along with the cost of the inspection so I elected to move forward with the inspection. Due to my work schedule, I needed an appointment time on a Saturday, which was also agreed upon.
This way, I was able to attend the home inspection and walked through the home with the inspector who allowed me to ask questions. He was able to answer these with ease and professionalism.
The finished report was just what I had

What a great experience. Brock is very thorough and detailed. Brock leaves no stone unturned. His report is very detailed and includes pictures that go along with his concerns or observations. Brock is very friendly and knowledgeable. He cares about his clients.
