Our very first apartments and we love it!! The staff is amazing! They’re nice and very helpful and they’re always doing events for the community which is great. And Wednesdays are great since we have a new food truck to try each week! And when we send a maintenance request the team responds really fast and always help fix our problems. Small thing, but walls are a little thin and you can hear foot steps when people walk up the stairs but besides that neighbors are great, aren’t loud at all. Great community to live in everyone is SUPER nice!!

I’ve been at Colony since June 2021 and it has honestly been one of the best complexes I’ve been in. Amy and Bianca are the sweetest! They are always so helpful with answering any questions or addressing concerns. They even remember residents by name, their kids and pets. The leasing office staff always has fun events for residents (with food) and there’s a food truck weekly. The maintenance team has resolved my requests by the next business day with no issues. The community itself is very quiet and the other residents are always friendly.

I’ve lived at the colony for about 2 years plus. The staff is always polite and quick with any response via email or phone to any concern I may have. The community itself is very friendly and kind. Since Covid hit our limitations in what we can do have decreased however our community property management team comes together and coordinates fun and safe activities for all ages through out the months. For example every Wednesday we have a food truck out front for why cook Wednesday, occasionally breakfast at the clubhouse, brews at the dog park for our fur babies, holiday activities for the kids

Rented so that I could take care of my mom until her passing in hospice care. The office staff was kind , considerate and always responsive. The maintenance team was prompt and knowledgeable. The grounds were beautiful, the salt water pool was a welcoming break and the fitness room. I especially enjoyed the Wednesday night food trucks and all the many extras they do for their residents. Would highly recommend as a great place to live .

Visitors are NOT welcome. There are limited "Visitor" spots. Some residents take them. But there is a money making racket between the front office and the towing company. They are searching for ways to bring pain into your life. Without warning, they will tow your visitors (unlawfully) and then give some half-cooked excuse (no apology) of why they towed your car. When there is a conflict, you can not find the decision-makers, they sit behind closed doors and watch you squirm. I am not sure but it may be a culture that stems from the administration, to the office workers to the staff. I am glad

I love living here! Office staff is always friendly and willing to help. Maintenance is always quick to take care of any issues and they are ALWAYS out on the carts inspecting the property and making sure it is always clean! The complex is always doing events for residents. We also have food trucks come to the community every week. 10/10 place to live. I’ve never seen another complex have events and things to do daily. The amenities are also amazing!

Great community. Nice & caring staff who put on amazing events often for the residents. Food trucks every Wednesday night so I don’t have to cook after a long day of work. I have lived in many apartments and we had the most awesome experience while building our new home! Best office staff and a very interactive experience for our 2 pups! They are always excited to drop by the office to get their love and treats! Always something fun planned by the office staff whether it's food trucks, pool fun days, or just being around the friendly atmosphere!

We have lived here 3 months now, and absolutely love it! My wife and I joke that we feel like we’re at a resort. The apartments are spacious and have high-end finishes, grounds are immaculate, and the pool is beautiful and clean! If you are a pet owner, you will enjoy the large dog park and ample pet stations throughout the property. The gym is well equipped and maintained. Above all else, the best part of The Colony is the staff. Bianca, Hannah, and the rest of the team have been incredible to work with.
P.S: One of these days, I’m going to get a Wednesday afternoon off and enjoy the awesome
