Property is nice BUT , expensive. You pay for everything you think your rent is a set price but $5 additional dollars for trash which should be included in the rent , you use the internet they provide which is additional $50+ not to mention you pay for redecoration fee that’s non refundable and you also pay a deposit the place just seems money hungry ! I decided not to sign a lease with them so make sure you read the fine print cause once you sign you’re locked in which I’m so glad I didn’t do ! If you can afford all the hidden fees go for it they even charge additional money depending

1. Apartments look decent on the inside but the walls and floors are paper thin.
2. In the master bedroom the sink is outside of the actual bathroom, I find that weird.
3.They allow all breeds of dogs hear and I mean any breed of dog. While I visited for a few weeks I could hear the neighbors dog bark beside us and the dog above us run across the floor.
4. When my sister and her husband moved in there was a ton of cat/dog hair in the apartment. I don’t think they turn over the apartments after people move out.
5.The park is literally next door. Which is nice.

This place is in the absolute ideal location- central to grocery stores, major shopping centers, gas stations, hospitals, and the best schools in chesterfield county, plus quick access to 288 and Old Buckingham to Huguenot road, my favorite way to access Richmond with no tolls. There are walking trails around beautiful and historic Midlothian Mines Park right in the backyard, and sidewalks on all the neighboring roads for an active community that loves running and biking. Maintenance staff is always friendly and courteous and live on the property, which makes them accessible and really feel like

Paying $70 (the cost of 300mb+ speeds from local ISP’s) a month for 80mb, with speeds closer to 10mb/s during peak hours (5-10pm). With no option to go elsewhere for service, residents are forced to pay for inconsistent, antiquated internet. The property sorely needs an upgrade to provide modern internet service for residents.

I’m up for renewal and after a year of auto paying on time and being a good tenant they want to increase my rent. We have a Worldwide pandemic, jobs lost, other apartment complexes offering a free month and no down payment and they want an increase. They don’t care about the people that they make their money from.

I have only been living at Enclave for about a month, but I already feel at home and truly feel a sense of community around the complex. The office staff (Autumn and Katya) are so friendly, personable and responsive. The maintenance guys (Chris and Chris) are great too - they are prompt, professional and effective! The grounds, pool and clubhouse at Enclave are very well maintained and are making my family's stay all the more comfortable. If you are looking for quality apartments in Midlothian, these are the best!

The Enclave team is awesome. Autumn the leasing specialists is very personable and really makes the place feel like home. The maintanence team is on it! They explain everything and have quick response. I really love living here. If you are looking for a place where home really feels like home, you should definitely consider Enclave!
