Susan Hubbard began her career with HHHunt in 1991 in the Roanoke, VA area and recently moved to the Chesterfield area as Community Manager at Abberly CenterPointe Apartment Homes. Susan has held regional and state positions within the Virginia apartment industry, including the Roanoke Lynchburg Regional Apartment Association, as well as being a voting member on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Apartment Management Association.

I have lived at Abberly CenterPointe for 14 months now. I just resigned an 18 month lease. I absolutely love this property. A big priority for me is safety and even without the buildings or gates being closed, I feel safe here. Although, this did just lock the buildings down and lock the gates this week. Everything about this place is wonderful. The world isn’t a perfect, everything goes right all the time place. But this place does absolutely everything they can to try to make it that way. They have great amenities such as a game room, movie room, workout room, beautiful pool and grill area

Abberly CenterPointe Apartment Homes is a truly wonderful community, offering a quiet, safe, secure environment, with clean, fresh apartment units, beautifully landscaped grounds, and amenities that are far superior to competitive communities. Alisa Bingham (Assistant Community Manager) has especially been a joy to work with - offering prompt and courteous responses, being patient when I had a hundred questions, and always being readily available to help us navigate what was a new territory, for me. We have lived here at Abberly for almost two years and we love it!!! We chose Abberly because we wanted a new upscale private apartment with nice amenities and we are very pleased with our choice. We love the amenities, especially the pet park and the pet spa where we can wash and dry our dogs and there are tennis balls left for the dogs which is a nice touch, they really do think of everything here. We love that Abberly is a pet friendly community and enjoy spending time with all the other dogs and dog parents :). The pool, car center and everything is so convenient. We are also very pleased with

I just moved in Dec 1 of 2020 and unfortunately will be leaving this April. I am relocating for another opportunity with my current company and while looking for another place to live, realized I was comparing everything to Abberly CenterPointe. The apartments are spacious and well maintained and the bathtub is wonderfully oversized. The trash fairies are amazing. I will miss that luxury for sure. The amenities are beautiful. It is nobody's fault a pandemic prohibits is from using some. I will be returning to this area in the future and will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience

I absolutely love living here. Everyone that works in maintenance and in the office are always kind & helpful. The property & apartment homes are beautiful. The amenities are wonderful. I also enjoy it being located so close to everything, I'm always less than 20 minutes away from somewhere I need to be. Wonderful complex!

I moved here over 10 months ago, with expectations of amenities. Staff was very professional and always provided an apology for delays due to construction out of their control.
However, going forward, I would not advise a grand opening If your not fully ready to provide what is listed and advertised.
Having a good reputation is worth more than anything.

So far we have had a great experience. We moved in late April and have enjoyed the apartment and community thus far. Many people have complained about no amenities being available, however this was communicated to us in advance and though I'm not positive, I'm sure our rent is somewhat discounted given this. Compared to the prices at comparable apartment complexes, I think we are getting a good deal, even without any amenities. The valet trash service is available and has been from the beginning so there is something. Because there was no gym and no pool and construction kept getting push back
