Amazing apartments. The maintenance team was always there to help sometimes within 30 minutes. We didn't have many issues that called for help, but for the few things that we did need, we felt incredibly accommodated. The complex is really quiet and filled with some short but natural feeling running trails. The units themselves are amazing. I'm moving to New York with my fiancé and I know both of us will miss it here.

I have lived here a few years and have always had a good experience. When Erin the newest property manager started we began to see even more little but impactful improvements. The staff is always jovial and a pleasure to do business with. Our apartment is spacious and has a nice coastal feeling. It’s in a great location, maintenance is rarely needed but when they are, they work with such diligence and speed you’d never notice they came in except for the improvements and repairs. I might be relocating for work soon and it saddens me that I cannot uproot the Grove and take it with me!

Car was broken into and was forced to get a garage for safety. Neighborhood can be sketchy during the nights due to the surrounding areas. Ridiculous pricing for moving out fee. Pricing does not match the utilities or amenities offered. Gym is frequently dirty..Do not recommend. Spend the additional $100 for comfort and piece of mind.

My husband and I saw the Grove at Swift Creek Apts last weekend and loved them! The location is central, floor plans are spacious, and management is SO friendly. Even though we ultimately went elsewhere (strictly due to location/commuting to work), we would recommend the Grove to anyone looking to move to the area!

My opinion is Never move into this apartment, I lived here for two years, and the reason I moved was decided by the landscape of the apartment, the nice office, and the photos posted on the site. However, the environment inside the house and the service of the office were the worst. Mold was growing in the bathroom and window frames, and the window screens were all broken, but they weren't fixed, and all the parts and equipment were old apartments made only of cheap products. The ceiling fan had been repaired a few times, but every time I used it, I had to fall asleep with a loud noise, and the

I don’t even know where to begin. I lived here for 2 years with 2 roommates and for the first year it was fine. The only really annoying things were the occasional car alarm, the maintenance personal constantly driving back and forth all day (we were in the building next to them), the occasional complex project, and weekly landscaping that for some reason takes all day when the landscaping company has the manpower to do it in a couple hours. The office staff and maintenance suddenly changed I don’t know what happened afterwards because everything went down hill really fast. The only good things

I love living at the grove! Everyone here is so friendly. The grounds are kept very nice & clean! They have tons of common areas for grilling out, corn hole, walking trails, etc! The ladies in the office are always so sweet & they are constantly hosting appreciation events for residents. It’s wonderful.
The maintenance crew here are one of the best. They are always so nice. There have been a few times I was walking up with my trash and the gentlemen stopped & offered to take it up for me which was so sweet. There was also a time where we had a really bad storm & a big tree fell down blocking

Apartment itself was very satisfying and met all of our needs.
However, the management is absolutely terrible.
You can pay your rent and utilities on time for two years, never be home besides to sleep, never complain about any of the other tenants and still end up being denied to renew your lease for a third year. The tenant below me complained multiple times when my girlfriend and I would get up at 0430 and 0530 to get ready for work. I even offered that tenant my number to resolve issues.
All of the recent 5 star reviews on other websites are also due to management deciding to hold a "contest

The grounds are beautiful and most of the tenants are really nice. I was a short term rental while we were waiting to find a house. Our stay was the most stressful stay I have ever had. We were on the third floor, I do NOT recommend if you have children. The tenants below constantly complained regardless of all we tried to do. I even offered my personal number to the tenant below to resolve the issue, they didn't want to make it work. The leasing office of course sided with their long term tenant and I was still cooperative and tried work with them. The leasing office came back with attacks

We've currently been living here for about 6 weeks. During that time it has taken approx. 30 days to have our air conditioning fixed as it has been working on and off during that time with about 4 days of no service at all, the front gates are open and not working quite often and the power drops out or browns out quite often in our unit.
Pool is nice, neighbors are friendly - I'll share more in a month or so.
