My boyfriend paid him $1000 to do literally nothing to help him. As it was a pretrial charge, it wasn’t the expectation that there would be a resolution, but he wasn’t able to gather ANY information. Was told to “just turn in” and then wait for the next step and then wanted to charge another 4500-7500. Decided to move forward with another lawyer to provided more direction, communication, and advice before even retaining him. I contacted mr. Gunn regarding a misdemeanor case. I told him the facts of the case before hand in which he assured me it she be an easy case to win. I had a warrant out for my arrest because I had moved and never received a letter to recieve in court. He also assured me he could get the warrant removed. I paid him a very large retaine fee. The only thing he did was schedule a date for the first appearance in court, that's it. After receiving an email saying he couldn't get the warrant dropped and couldn't get m.j y charges dropped I decided would just go with a public attorney. I called to cancel
