Myself and neighbors have complained about the rats in the roofs for weeks now and management has done nothing except give us sticky traps. Are we supposed to crawl in the space ourselves and trap rats? I can’t sleep at night because I can hear rats gnawing and scurrying above constantly. Downstairs neighbor was moved out because rats ate through his pipes and flooded the apartment.
Also, for months our water bills (shared collective for some reason) has increased three fold and management won’t explain why. You’re charged $25 for trash pickup whether you use

Do not waste your time with this place. Words cannot describe how frustrating it was to live here for almost three years. If my schedule wasn't so unpredictable then I would have been out long ago. Pool has been closed for almost two years. Hot tub hasn't worked for years. Black mold will grow in your apartment even with dehumidifiers and ample airflow. Your apartment will fall apart because thd maintenance staff is not provided quality materials. The ONLY good part about this community is Wes the Lead Maintenance technician who is the longest tenured employee currently at this location. Additionally

We've lived here now about 3 years and overall love the community, both the residents and the staff that nurture a safe and friendly environment.
My largest complaint in the amenities is the tiny kitchen, but for me that is offset by the actively dog friendly culture and staff receptiveness to any problems/issues that come up.
The apartments are on the small side, and the onsite dog park tending toward a mud bath - however, the grounds are always free of litter and other than some dog owners not cleaning up as they should (which staff does address), well tended. There were some issues with outdoor

My husband and I moved into Ridgetop Apartments in mid- October (2017). The apartment is on the smaller size for the price in this area. Everything was fairly clean when we moved in, though there was a strong dog scent from the previous owner, and both the storage outside and our pantry smelled strongly of dogs and dog food. I do wish we could have opted for more updated appliances with an additional down- payment, though what we have gets the job done. Staff are fairly quick to help if something needs fixing! The gym is small and I do wish it had larger windows, but it is convenient, never too

Contrary to WA state law this apartment complex withheld most of my security deposit without reason.
Contrary to WA state law this apartment complex failed to inform me of the withholding by certified first class mail within 14 days
Pick an apartment complex where you don’t need a lawyer to get your security deposit back. Management here will not work for you when you need it and expect that you bend the law to favor them when they fail to uphold the very black and white laws laid out with regards to tenancy.

Love this place. Apartments are have a lot of variation and choices and prices are good. Staff are very helpful and made the application process very easy. Area is nice with nice utilities. The water heater in each individual unit is nice too, water takes maybe 20 seconds to reach the desired temperature. Place is highly recommended.

We have loved living at Ridgetop Apartments this last year! The staff is fantastic (especially Jami & Michelle in the office), the apartments are homey, and the complex is close to everything. They’ve done a ton of new renovations - like the new dog park on site! - and the maintenance staff keeps everything up efficiently.
Ridgetop is family friendly, pet friendly and military friendly. We could not have asked for a better experience here.
