I was delighted to put a request for several small, non-urgent things in the afternoon and Bobby came by in just a few hours and got everything taken care of perfectly and quickly. And he’s super nice as well. Can’t ask for better than that! We are very happy campers!!

The office ladies were the best, very kind, helpful and enjoyable to work with, they made the transitioning process so easy. The apartment was cute and cozy. The environment was quiet and peaceful. I felt safe in the community. It was a nice experience.

I’m in love with this place! Management is extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. This is by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived at. The properties are very well kept and it’s a nice and quiet community. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We have lived in several apartment communities and the Diplomat was far and away the best one. The staff is proactive about communication and respond quickly when issues arise. Donna, Jessie, Wilma, and all of their crew were incredibly professional and great to works with.

I love living here, the apartments are good sized and look very nice. Management is SUPER nice as well and my ultimate favorite thing about living here is that it is QUIET! The ONLY reason I take a star off is cause the nightmare that is parking :/ one spot per apartment so if you have a guest, unless you can "reserve" an open spot by parking your car there and then giving them your port... may the odds be in your favor if you try to find a spot in the afternoon.

HIGHLy recommend to anyone looking for a place in this are. The staff here is amazing, they remember every residents name and are extremely kind. The amenities provided, price and location are great. The apartment team here were very helpful, they answered any questions I had and always helped me if I needed help when I moved in. It was my first time living by myself and they took the time to sit down and help me with the steps of setting things up. Maintenance was also great. Did not live here personally but lived at the neighboring building. Multiple friends (Navy families) lived there, every single one of them had black mold in their apartment. Some were forced to move to another apartment by management, while others were told they can just paint over it by management. Had been parked there as a guest and manager threatened to tow our vehicle on multiple occasions. One time, we came out after dinner to leave our friend’s house and the tow truck was hooking up our car. Be careful when you have guests over because management is not kind to them. I can’t say enough good things about this property and staff! I’ve lived here for about three and a half months and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Jessie from the leasing office was incredibly helpful and responsive from the moment I walked in for a tour in the summer. I moved in a month later in September and she and the rest of the staff are still amazing as ever. The grounds are well-kept, clean, and so beautiful. The staff at The Diplomat are truly first rate! They helped the move into my apartment as smooth as possible. They were and continue to be very friendly, as well as helpful in all the questions I have. Their attitude and work ethic are a testament to The Diplomat.
I am also very happy with the apartment that I rented. It was clean when I moved in and is very comfortable. I have had no problems with any appliances not working, or anything, but if/when that does happen, I have no doubt that the staff will take care of the issue promptly. I think I made a great choice choosing to live here!

I love the staff at The Diplomat! They are like family. Wilma is so sweet and helpful. Donna is generous, fair and kind. She my favorite manager of all the apartment complexes in Silverdale. Highly recommended!
