I moved into Inlet View in December of 2017 under the old management company. Upon move in, I put down a $950 security deposit (1 full months of rent at the time). New management took over about a year ago and everything got turned upside down. They pushed everyone out of their homes with a $1000 Visa gift card incentive. I agreed and began my move out process. I told them to put the $1000 towards my last months rent and just mail me a check for the rest of April that I didn’t not live there and they agreed. I did leave some things behind because I had the security deposit to cover all fees including

Been living here about 6 months and have been very happy. The apartment is reasonably priced, was renovated just before move in (new appliances, flooring, etc.) The grounds are kept very nicely, and the neighborhood is overall very quiet and peaceful. Also very pet friendly, NOT just for little dogs.
The office staff has been fantastic; always friendly and helpful. I love how organized and careful they are specifically when packages are left at the office by USPS or FedEx. We get a lot of packages and have never had an issue.

They recently installed a new fan in the bathroom where it makes loud noise and we can't turn it off, there is no on/off switch. The fans are very annoying and can disrupt you sleep. The new landlady bought the property months ago and has made changes that other tenants who lived here for years did not agree on. She is doing a horrible job in terms of understanding other tenant's needs, and service. If you don't like noisy fans or loud tenants, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

I went into this complex to the managers office, on December 2nd. I brought my nephew and his girlfriend and two small children, as they are apartment shopping.
We get into the office and ask how much the two bedroom apartments are. It was $1150 a month. I asked my nephew if that was affordable for him. He said no. The manager, an older lady with grey hair, began laughing and said "maybe you should get a better job to afford rent". My nephew and his girlfriend hung their heads low.
I told the lady that laughing was not appropriate and to keep her mouth shut and her opinions to herself.

The lease is month to month!!!
Moved here because my sister, cousins and friends have all lived here and very much loved living here.
Inlet view releases a newsletter monthly of what is happening on the property (upgrades, changes, ect) as well as the surrounding area. The complex is convenient for walking to stores and bus stops. (there is even a pet hospital for you with pets) The maintenance guys are friendly and the office manage Kim is easy to talk to.
