Today was my last day living here and I can’t stress enough how great of an experience it was with management. They went above and beyond, and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. I definitely recommend living here if you get the chance. The amenities are a bonus too. Ownership changed while we were living here and they have been nothing short of fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful experience Wellington.

I usually don't leave reviews as I prefer to interact with apartment management staff directly, but wanted to for one of the maintenance staff, Kyle. About four years ago when we moved in our washing unit had to be replaced with an older model staff at the time had spare in storage. It works fine, but finally gave up last week on Friday. Kyle went out of his way to find parts that were compatible for my top loading washer and modify the sensor so it would fit. He even found previous maintenance work on my dryer and corrected it (exhaust hose was being connected to the vent with, wait for it...

The only good thing about this apartment complex is the location, right behind the mall. but yikes. management is terrible & they just raised the rent to above $2000. for a 1 bed 1 bath??? not okay. i would be surprised if ANY residents stayed honestly. good luck parking any second vehicles as they don’t provide a second spot, and your only option is a garage for $150/month. if you have any standards of living and don’t want to be treated like actual garbage, don’t look into wellington.

I’ve lived at the Wellington for 3 years now, and o absolutely love it. The apartments are cozy, very centrally located, the grounds are well kept and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues that come up. Carly, the property manager, is also the absolute best. She is always so kind and helpful and very attentive to the tenants and the property. I definitely recommend these apartments if you’re looking for somewhere to call home.

Regrettably we signed a lease for an apartment “site unseen.” When we did see it we promptly returned the keys. Be sure you look at something before signing your life away. Two of the office personnel handled the situation very poorly, to say the least. We took sixty one pictures of the apartment of which we will not share because we are Christian people. We do feel the need to warn prospective tenets to LOOK FIRST then sign!

Wellington Apartments is at a perfect location, very easy to get around and walking distance to awesome restaurants movies theater and Kitsap Mall. My place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Liz was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it. The staff is amazing!

Good apartment complex, the apartment we have is unique and very nice and clean. I admire the wooden dining room + kitchen area. Chris Hicks, the maintenance supervisor, is a very hard worker and never fails to get any job done! Any time we needed something fixed or looked at, he’s always up and at it asap and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. 10/10 recommend calling him for your home fixing needs :)

I recently moved into these apartments and really enjoy it! Liz helped us out and walked us through the entire process, from beginning to end making it an extremely smooth transition to move. She has a great bubbly personality and is determined to find you the perfect place to call your own. I really appreciate the time she took to answer my questions and walk us through everything, leaving us with no doubts this was our new home! The rest of the staff are also amazing, anytime I have needed anything they are always there to answer your call or available in the leasing office.

Terrible management. I lived there for a year and they couldn’t keep any employee for more than a month or two, so no one knew what was going on. Other than the location and the updated interior, it’s pretty bad. I’ve received damaged packages/ lost packages when the apartments were taking over the mail delivery due to covid, and also couldn’t come do maintenance on our fried outlets but could come do multiple inspections. I’m not even living there anymore and i’m still trying to pay my final bill, which it’s been almost a month of us moved out. So if you

The ONLY good thing about this complex is the maintenance staff. The neighbors are noisy and disrespectful. No matter what kind of proof you have that they are violating their lease over and over, nothing will be done. The office staff has the highest turnover I’ve ever seen. The lack of communication and professionalism is unbelievable. Parking if you have more than one car is incredibly difficult because nothing is enforced and trash is left everywhere. I do not recommend living here. What kind of reputable apartment complex uses a disreputable debt collector to get final payments?!

New management is terrible, uncaring and the Apts’s will charge you for EVERYTHING WHEN YOU LEAVE! New management is unprofessional and should not have this position! Getting ahold of anyone above her to help you is impossible! I would pick a card board box before this place ever! Save your money or go see the old manager that’s now at The Reserve! She is fantastic.
