Ryan did an excellent job on our home inspection. He was on time, thorough, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. He made sure we understood all of the areas of concern. The inspection report was delivered the same evening in digital form and it included so many pictures and videos, it's will be very useful in making some corrections. Would recommend.

First impressions mean a lot. When I had my initial contact with the office about pricing and availability I was treated very professionally. Along with the home inspection, I chose to have the sewer camera, pool inspection and pest inspection. Andrew was our home inspector and very detail oriented. After the inspection we sat down and he explained his findings and then walked through a few of them until I felt totally comfortable. He never made me feel rushed, I definitely recommend Dwell to anyone looking for a conscientious company to do their home inspection.

Jerame Tassoul was the best. Honest! I'm a general contractor and he knows what he's talking about. He found things I couldn't and would have overlooked.
I opted for a full inspection to include Termite and Sewer inspections. I'm glad I did. The house has previously been treated for termites and is still in the warranty period, so it was felt I well informed.
As a 3rd party inspector, I also feel they did an excellent job in every respect.
I feel I got the full bang for my buck and Jerame, the tech, was excellent and a real professional at his craft.

Dwell was recommended to me by a friend who had recently moved. They were fantastic. Andrew was extremely comprehensive and took his time going through the property. He took ample time going through the findings with me. And the report is fantastic—easy to read, contains photos and comment. Also printable as a pdf if that is more your jam. Highly recommend them for an independent home inspection.
