Horrible gym. Horrible customer service. Rude dismissive management who is fighting for her life in these comments by being passive aggressive, immature and condescending to unhappy customers. DO NOT JOIN you will regret it! Equipment sucks and this gym is no where near worth $59 a month. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Always enjoy going to this gym. I have recommended dozens of co workers to join here and I will continue. Would love some more plate loaded machines (preacher curl, HS press, etc) but in all honesty no other complaints from me! The staff are always working, cleaning and can actually have a personable vibe... not like other gyms where they are sitting in the office with their feet kicked up. Always clean and the other members have good gym etiquette (reracking weights). Definitely worth the price.

Very unprofessional. They send you to collections during covid for 2 months past due. The collectors They use threatens, curses at you, calls you demeaning names to scare you to pay what you owe the first phone call you get from them. The first call.
No problem paying the bill since it was my fault for not updating my new card with them. It seems that they and the people they associate with have a history of threats and bullying.

I was initially warned NOT to attend this gym by a friend who said that she had a horrible experience with two male employees. When she complained to the owner she was shut down, dismissed, and the employees were favored. I love the people who go to this gym, and the layout. However, recent events have shown the sincerity of my friend's impression. I should've heeded her concerns.

This place is perfect. This gym has everything you need and then some. Amazing staff, clean equipment, great music and the best vibe. Just what we need mentally and physically coming out of quarantine. Great equipment for compound lifts, great accessory machines and separate room for classes, powerlifting, stretching or whatever you feel. Oh and open 24 hours!!! Thank you IB Fitness. ☺️

I just got a membership today and i really like it but i do think the price is a lil too high but its worth it for rn. I also got a voucher from yelp where u pay $10 and get $25 credit but the owner said to try to wrk with me so they only discounted the $10 i paid on yelp. I think they just need to update a couple things on yelp. Other than that easy going staff and good weights like the ambient.

I've been to a lot of gyms in my day and it's always hard to find one with solid equipment and a good atmosphere. This one has both! I started using this gym after the base gyms closed and I wish I had sooner. I never realized how convenient a 24 hour gym was! The staff here are super friendly and kind! Very military friendly. Lots of dumbbells, lots of plates, lots of different types of bars that I just don't find everywhere. I don't ever seem to have to wait on dumbbells which is something I have to do at my other gym! I've really enjoyed using the assault bikes! My gym

If I can one star this place I would, they are not military friendly. I told them that we weren't allowed to go to the gym due to covid and they said they can't do anything about it. I also went underway and I wasn't able to go to the gym since it was so last minute so when I called them they said they couldn't do anything either.

It is in fact a 24hr gym. You just have to go sign up during the daytime when the staff is there. If you are not yet a member you will not be able to go inside the gym when the staff is gone. They have a strict rule against letting people in the gym when it's locked. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. The gym is also rarely packed, which is great! I definitely like the vibe at this gym way more than Planet Fitness.

They are awful and won't let me cancel my membership even though I explained to them I can't come in cause we were in a car accident and are barely now doing PT for it. They said i need a doctors note but then i explained that we don't have health insurance and that we r suiting the person that rear ended us to pay for our $10,000 plus medical bills for that reason. They don't care and the owner is a joke!! So now they are making me pay for the rest of the year and its effin ridiculous!! Will cancel my

This gym is excellent! I began working out here this week on a 3 day pass to test it out and will be signing up for a membership.
Good good things:
