Services
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and worked in the investigative field for 14 years as well as working at management level positions. In 1998, I started teaching group exercise at a local gym in Chula Vista. I began serious fitness training during my first year of college, and have always had a passion for exercise and running.
Osteoporosis is a factor to consider as we age, it becomes increasingly important to keep our bodies fit, and maintain bone density. The Buddie System focus on seniors provides a combination of proper nutrition and fitness to stay healthy and to slow down the aging process.
