Thomas is awesome! He honestly helped me boost my motivation, energy levels, metabolism and last my confidence. I struggled with motivation the most but he is there for you when you need it. I didn’t know where to start with my life style change and his meal plans have been the best. I’ve tried foods that I never though of trying. He helped me get out of my comfort zone with workouts & also helped with equipment I had no clue how to use. I totally recommend him 100%. Don’t sleep on it don’t give it second thoughts. I have been working with Coach Thomas virtually and have had a lot of success with his program. He has been accessible and responsive if I needed anything, and he put a lot of effort into tailoring the program to meet my needs. I have chronic knee pain that prevented me from doing certain workouts, so he made a program that specifically addressed strengthening the muscles around it and my knee pain has been minimal to nonexistent! I have known Mr. Padilla for several years. His workout knowledge and facility THP Fitness is top notch. However, what sets him apart from other personal trainers is his total approach to fitness. Exercising is important but Mr. Padilla focuses allot on nutrition and the emotional component of staying and maintaining the fitness level a person wants. Every time I have heard Mr. Padilla speak about fitness he usually gives a nutrition tip or advice. I have learned from him that a person cannot out exercise their diet! Considering my health struggles and a demand from my doctor that I need to workout and eat better, I decided to take a chance and pay a trainer to help me on my health and fitness journey. Having Tommy as my trainer is by far the best decision I've ever made. It's been a long and tough journey with some tears and cravings of soda and Flaming Hot Cheetos, but I've never felt better. I've seen Thomas present a few times and you can tell he knows his stuff. He is a wealth of information with anything to do with effective workouts and nutrition. What I like most is that while losing weight/gaining muscle is at the forefront of his workouts, he also focuses on the whole person- meaning habits that will keep you healthy in the long run and not just quick results.
