Theresa Wells, (Coach Wells) is not just the owner of Tone At Home Fitness, A mobile fitness training support, she is also a Certified Group Fitness Instructor; Passionate about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle. She also has a great passion for helping others.

This passion of fitness and combination of a counseling background, allows her to understand and empathize with those who struggle with the social emotional issues that are deeply rooted in most individuals ability to become psychologically fit; in order to become physically fit and lead a healthy lifestyle.Theresa Wells is a Certificated Boot Camp Fitness Instructor, who has created her own Boot Camp Fitness workout called BACKYARD BOOT CAMP.

I personally have participated in the one-on-one Tone at Home Fitness courses as well as the online fitness program and meal plan. While I was able to finish both feeling better and more accomplished. I just finished the online plan and meal plan last week which prepared me to run my first half marathon last Sunday with a time of 2:38:38.
There are no monthly payment options. You have the option to pay in full at time of sign up or pay in 2 installments. If you choose to pay in installments, First payment is due at time of signup. Second payment is due 30 days after initial payment. If the last installment is not paid by the due date, services will stop until payment is made.

You will be introduced to a holistic approach. No gimmicks, no fads, no cookie cutter techniques. I do not believe in one style fits all programs and neither should you.
