We were founded as "Apartment Data Center" in 1969. Originally, our organization operated as a tenant referral service, matching apartment owners with renters. It also published "The Apartment Guide, " a free booklet for prospective renters.
While Apartment Data Center earned revenue from landlords who acquired tenants through our service or advertised in The Apartment Guide, the biggest treasure of Apartment Data Center was the knowledge it mined about the needs, tendencies, behaviors and motivations of renters.Ultimately we became one of the premiere property management companies in the Portland Metropolitan area.

Complex was bought out, they gave everyone extensive renovations notices, said they were gonna fix plumbing in apartments, the squeaky floors that still squeak, completely gut and remodel and it would be uninhabitable for a month. The unit I lived in has/had foundation issues, you could see where the wall was separating, as well as the ceiling. But it was somehow ALL fixed and rented within a month of my moving out.
There were other issues with some maintenance personnel. Overall, not very happy with this company.

Very happy with my time here. Pet friendly, good location, quiet, parking lot isn't packed, well maintained grounds, nice management staff. The apartments are on the smaller end, but not having upper or lower neighbors makes up for that. Washer/Dryer are in *some* units, there are 2 community laundry rooms on site. Definitely recommend checking them out.

I enjoyed Covington Square and living there, the only frustrations were that they took it the pool shortly after I moved in and my unit didn't have a washer /dryer, I only moved because I got a place closet to family. It is a lovely place to live and management was always quick to respond and fix any issues.

My mother has lived in the unit 6 years on a housing voucher from the state due to disability. They towed her car from Oregon City all the way to SE Portland which ended up being over $450. All because the on site manager is on a power trip. Wouldn't give her a permit because of her having temporary tags. Which the governor extended all the dates because of how behind DMV is.
This is not how you treat a disabled senior citizen who has been a long time tenant. Not to mention during this COVID 19 pandemic. With a high risk tenant. Unacceptable.

My two adult children and I have lived in the Mt. Pleasant Apartments for three years. We just renewed our lease because we find Mt. Pleasant just that, pleasant! It is a quiet place to live, nice landscaping, located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to good sidewalks for daily walks by oneself or with our pets. Our apartment is very comfortable. Mt. My wife and I lived in an apartment managed by Milestone for 8 years. The length of time certainly says something! We loved living there, and overall it was a great experience.
Anything negative was either a temporary situation or resolved quickly. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly, laundry area was kept clean and functioning, and the grounds were well maintained.
The permanent property managers we worked with, Gail (who passed away, sadly) and David were both fantastic. We actually lived next to the on-site manager for the entirety of our stay! David and his spouse are great neighbors
