Whenever my husband and I moved in in 2019, we had high hopes. Everything went very well for the first little but with Cynthia as the manager. Over time, we noticed how absolutely filthy this place was. Our neighbors let their dog pee on the stairwell, leaked greasy garbage stains everywhere (which are still here in 2021 so beware), and were very loud.
Fast forward to 2020, we got a roach problem. I was informed that it was due to the upkeeping of some of my neighbors in building 4. Here we are in 2021 and the roach problem STILL persists. My husband and I have emailed several times about this

My daughter has a 2 year old son, and she put in a order request to fix her broken washing machine on June 15, 2020. This is the 3rd time she requested the maintenance man to come and fix her washing machine. They’re making her continue to pay for the washing machine. My daughter explained to them that the laundry facility on the apartment closed at 5pm, she doesn’t get off until 5pm. They don’t open on weekends. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Why do you have 1 maintenance man working for a apartment complex?! Get my daughter washing machine fix!!!

This is my second review with this place..and I’ve never lived here! I went into the office to see if any units were available....there were not any however the woman that assisted me was extremely polite and courteous. I’ve had two separate encounters with the staff here and ddnt even mention that Id spoken with them before but the professional and warm communication was always identical. It’s hard to find this level of professionalism in today’s world.

Been here for almost 3 years, when I first moved here it was great no problems, pretty quite. After a altercation with another tenant who did not like me from the start everything went downhill, seems like I was singled out . I come home, mind my business, barely talk to anyone .. since living here my car has been vandalized by the teenagers, my door get beat on at all hours of the night to the point where I had to call Smyrna police, my son can’t even play at the park without the older kids pushing him off .. to the point where a Caucasian boy called my 3yr old the “N” word ...

I love living here, and it's very comfortable, loving, lots of room, the office is very nice, and great rent prices. They do allow animals which is awesome. The only con I have is the kids are loud and have no manners or respect at all. There is trash that is left at the pool on weekends, and I see kids being at the pool with no adults. Other than that it is a convenient and safe place to live and I definitely love being here..Lots of room everywhere in the apt..

I haven't resided at Ridgemont apts but let me tell you the staff is ALWAYS nice & pleasant to speak with as well as very professional. I've visited twice and also done a tour of the property. It is extremely peaceful in the community & the high school is within walking distance for whomever have h.s. aged kids. Hopefully, I could call Ridgemont home one day.

I have lived here for the past three years and have been impressed by the office staff. They are very helpful and personable. The pool is in great condition even though it's small. The apts are in great condition. The few maintenance needs I've had have been quick to get fixed. The football games at the High School next to us are easy to walk to. You can hear the announcer while you are in your apt but it's actually fun to hear the cheers. A draw back is all the noise from the common middle courtard of grass. You can hear all the kids playing which is fine but they are loud and either they aren
