Shelby, Dana, & Brilyn were all 3 incredibly nice, helpful, & informative when we needed their help. I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with each of them every time.
However, I am sad to say that I was extremely disappointed in the one time I communicated with Laura, the manager. We were unaware of all of the stipulations when it came to putting your trash outside at night for the trash valet that comes - mind you we paid for this service every month. We ended up getting a $50 fee due to not putting our trash in the trash can outside even though the trash valet would still take our trash. Why

Amazing apartment complex, office staff, and maintenance. Repairs are done quickly and office staff responds fast. The only thing future residents should know is that phone service is virtually non existent inside the apartments, but WiFi calling works well. 5 stars is an easy rating after living here for nearly a year.

If you have a pet, you will not get your deposit back. My dog vomited once on the smaller section of carpet and they claimed they needed to replace all the carpet in the apartment. The apartment was nice but small for the price. All the amenities have been closed since the beginning of covid while other apartments complexes are opening to restricted numbers. We were not able to use the amenities even once during our lease. You're supposed to be able to call residents to get through the gate but it almost never works. There's bocce ball but you can only use it when the office is open and the court

I have lived here for about a month now and it has been amazing! I had a few issues with my hot water heater and dishwasher, the maintenance team was quick to respond and did not stop until the issues were solved. I cannot wait to use the pool and grill amenities in the summer time. My dog loves the dog park. Also, there is valet trash service that is fabulous! One thing I will say is my phone service is not the best, but that’s what happens when you live in a brick building. My internet connection is great so I connect to WiFi and my service is better! Also, these apartments are close to I65

Have had an excellent lease signing and move in experience. The office team has been awesome, professional, & helpful, and maintenance quickly (within hours) took care of a minor issue we had upon move in. Apartment is brand new and and very nice, and area is family oriented and quiet. Couldn't have asked for a better experience up to this point!

The apartments are brand new. Very well maintained. The staff is great. However, I am extremely disappointed with how the pool, gym and clubhouse are still closed. The amenities here are/will be very nice, I'm not knocking the physical facility. Maury county has lifted all restrictions but they still have not opened the amenities . Other apartments around here have opened their pool. Not only is the pool not open but none of the other amenities are available either. I've been here 1 1/2 years and some of the amenities still have not been built. When asked if I could get a refund for the lack of

This place is awesome. All staff is friendly and helpful. Dana was our original contact and she made us feel like we were moving in the Ritz. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Once we moved they gave us a list to check any issues. There were few but Fred corrected them the next day and called to let us know he had completed everything. Very unusual for apartment living. Apartment is very quiet. Great pool area and grilling space. This place is new and fresh and very well maintained. We looked at a lot of apartments and I am certain that we made the right choice.

My Fiance lives in one of the 1st level apartments. Very nice place, everything is nice and shiny. One thing she did not find out until moving in, is that cell phone reception on the first floor is a nightmare. AT&T phones are almost useless, unless set on window sills. To make phone calls? One must sit on the floor at the base of the window and hope that one can stay connected on the call. Complicating matters, the gates are programmed to call the residents to allow access through said gate, but with no reception it is impossible to allow guests through the gate.
