I really want to thank Taft Holbrook from Swift Home Inspection for doing a fabulous job today. It’s our pre 1 year builder inspection and Taft found some important things we need to have our builder fix. Swift did an amazing job and was very detail oriented when inspecting the property I was under contract for. They identified two major issues that helped me renegotiate the buying price to something far more reasonable given the repairs the property needed. I am glad I was able to have them come out and felt like the service was absolutely worth what it cost to protect me buying my first home.

We had a new home built and wanted a home inspection to provide potential issues or warranty items to our builder. Swift home inspection did a great job for us! They actually scheduled according to what the builder wanted and went to our home but it was not ready to be inspected yet…too much wasn’t completed yet. So we rescheduled for after close and got a very thorough inspection! We would highly recommend Swift Home Inspections!
