Just because a home is new, doesn't mean it's problem-free. Checklist Inspection performs a Four-Phase Construction Inspection that includes Pre-Slab, Framing, Pre-Drywall, and Final Walkthrough Inspection. Pre-slab inspection is performed when the foundation is laid out, and the forms are set. This also means that the trenches for the sewer and water systems are dug, plumbing is roughly installed and tested for water.

Corey was awesome. I have been in real estate since 2005 and have had hundreds of home inspections. I found this company after my prior inspector retired. I cannot recommend Checklist Inspections enough! They are unbelievably thorough and provide the most detailed report with pictures and detailed descriptions. They did a full walk through report with us after finishing their inspection. Our inspector's name was Ryan and he was amazing! He was happy to answer any questions we had, and provided reputable references for any further work we needed. Amazing company, highly recommended!

We've had multiple inspectors over the years and this was the most professional and informative inspection we've ever had. Scott was working with Brandon and Brandon was very professional and went over the report extensively then walked us around the house and explained each and every single thing they found. Greg inspected our new home today. He was very thorough and detailed. He went over everything and even explained how he explained findings even thigh everything was very clear the way it was written. I referred my client to checklist for the inspection of his new build. He lives out of state so wasn't able to attend the inspection but they offered a virtal review or phone call which made it very convenient for my buyer. There were a few items the inspector found that we probably wouldn't have looked for at our final walk through that we can now have the builder fix before closing day!

Had a great experience with my recent home inspection. Ryan was very polite, answered all of our questions, was very knowledgeable, and patient. As a home buyer, I wanted to get my potential home tested for radon just in case. I was led to John by a radon servicer and couldn't be happier. The professionalism and customer service was great. He always picked up his phone, answered a bunch of my questions (first time buyer here), and was happy to resolve any concerns I might have had.
