Trey is a fantastic inspector that is detail oriented. His attention to details helps to ensure potential buyers know exactly what they are getting into when purchasing a home. He takes his time to walk through inspection findings with buyer and agent, as well as includes a full written report with photos that is very helpful in negotiating repair request from seller, on behalf of buyer. Highly recommended!

Trey is a detail oriented inspector. He takes his time to inspect things fully. Always lets you know when things are normal wear and tear VS things that should be looked at closer. The inspection report is easy to read. Integrity One offers Veteran Discounts too:)

We are trying to sell a home in Sun City and had an offer on the table. Integrity One Home Inspectors LLC was the inspection company that the prospective buyers hired. There were a number of items they outlined in the reporter that were simply not true which caused the buyers to get scared and walk away. I am a firm believer in a home inspection before buying a home, but when a home is newly renovated and they are saying things are worn out when they are brand new, and saying things don't work when they worked just fine, then that inspector either needs additional training or needs to get out of
