I worked at Beqch Cove resort in Group Sales. VMB was the worst company I've ever worked for. During the first month working with Marianne Smith who was the Regional Director and Angela Boourgoin, everything was great. After, they realized that I could handle the work load the ended up processing all proposal, contracts, and rooming lists, resumes for both Ocean Creek resort and Beach Cove resort. I've dellt with them talking down to me, and any project you could think of while she let Angela sit and do nothing. After going to HR after I left in tear last Thursday I was directed to speak with one

BEWARE - Make sure to read the fine print in their cancellation policy. I booked a Villa with this company and the Cancellation Policy clearly states in the first sentence FREE Cancellation until July 9th at 4PM CST. I cancelled on July 9th at 9:59AM CST and did not receive my money back. This is for a trip in September. They are keeping my money and will not even tried to compromise to give me some of my money back. I would suggest to look elsewhere or make sure you DO NOT HAVE to cancel or change any part of your reservations with this company as they WILL keep your money. (BTW - The reservation

I called last night
Told the guy my dates were June 10-14.
After he asked me all the questions about what I need I told him just a week ago a I was on the phone with a woman for 30 min and was about to pay, but she had put in the wrong dates.
We continue to go through different hotels and prices and I thought the prices were low so I asked him are you sure these are for June 10-14 and he said yes.
I was on the phone with him for 53 min and picked the room I wanted and was about to pay and he had put in the wrong dates. The line disconnected and nobody called me back. I called to talk to the

Kara, the trainer, is an Atheist who is says her OCD is ADD so people would accept her, but she feels insecure and afraid for her position so she pushes trainees out of the company (by finding reasons to shut them up and shut them out) before they have a chance to learn the position (days even).
She forces people to listen to her presentation even if they don't understand parts of it. Then, when she is finished, she ignores some of the questions and yells at trainees.

We had booked The Caravelle back in February for our June vacation. They called a few days ago saying renovations won't be done by our check in date so they needed to move us. At first they weren't willing to pay any extra for us at a different hotel since most hotels are charging more now as it's almost peak season. After leaving messages many times, some not so great reviews, and posting on my Facebook and theirs Chuck Burton called me and really went above and beyond to help us get into a different hotel for the same price. He is the epitome of wonderful customer service and we greatly appreciate
