Shreveport Ridge Apartments is a brand new complex that opened in summer 2014. We are a certified Earthcraft "green community" located in the #1 master planned community of Northern Virginia called Brambleton, near Ashburn. Shreveport Ridge is a 98 unit family apartment community designed specifically as "workforce housing".
We offer one - four bedroom units with amenities that include washer/dryers in each unit, dishwasher, and central air/heat with energy efficient geothermal heating. Our amenities include a playground, free parking, and a community room for various activities. This is a smoke-free complex / community.
