The Management and Staff of the point at Ashburn is worst among the worst possible management staff. There staff members are so irresponsible and ignorant. They do not know all the rules and every one give you the different answer for same questions. If you give them any notice get the written acknowledgement from them or be ready for hard time. Do not fall for their low deposit and ambience. While moving out you will regret living at this place. This is worst place to live and suffer. Also, you will not get your mails and couriers properly. You will receive only handful of your courier and rest

Imagine sleeping and being woken up at 1 a.m. for another false fire alarm. Deafeningly loud. You run out your door, the alarms are causing pain to your ears. You go down to the garage and get into your car, more torture from the fire alarms. I can't remember any place I've worked or lived in with so many frequent false fire alarms, and such deafeningly loud noise. Very disturbing. I'd like to see the investors who own this building, see how any of them would fare living in this place. How many of the owners of this building would themselves live here?

Cheating tenants during pandemic.
These people have the most cheap material in the apartments. From carpets to blinds. If you live there for a year, that cheap material will break and they will try to cheat and make you pay for it.
We are taking these people to court for what they are doing to us. You should do the same.

I have enjoyed my time living at The Point in Ashburn. The location is great. Tricia and the administrative staff have been responsive if I have a request. The grounds crew are always friendly and do a great job at keeping the property clean and manicured. The kitchens are not state of the art but I think the price is fair for what you get with all of the other amenities.

If you are able, avoid this community at all costs. We moved out recently and have been told the carpet needs to be replaced at our expense. The evidence provided is in the form of three pictures of such low quality that the carpet does not even appear the same color.
We responded and have been trying to negotiate with management with no luck. We even send pictures of our apartment on move out day that show no damage to the same spot of carpet that they are claiming to be damaged and stained. The carpet was also determined to need replacement prior to the apartment cleaning that we payed them

My boyfriend and I are looking for a place for a September move in. We had an appointment Tuesday 7/21/20 at 5:30, the leasing agent not once told us his name or showed any enthusiasm about wanting to rent any apartment. When we asked to physically see an apartment He made it very clear multiple times that the office closed at 6 (which we were very aware of already! Needless to say he rushed us out at 6 and in no way sold us at all and we will be going elsewhere with our business. My suggestion is work on customer service skills.

I really love living here. Clean spacious apartments. This is my second time living here. I moved away for a year due to work and really missed this place. I moved back a few months ago and happy I did. The office staff are so easy to work with and really do care about the community and the residents. The maintenance team are prompt to fix anything that is wrong. There are always improvements being made to make things fresh in appearance. The garden tubs are great and also the parking garage in the podium building have a garage and also elevators. You can walk to the grocery store and also close

We enjoyed living here, but you do not want to rent unless you're prepared to pay hundreds of dollars in imagined damages when you move out. They sent us a bill for over $300 (after keeping our deposit) that included $60 to wipe out our fridge (which we had already cleaned), $350 to replace the mircrowave (which was perfectly fine) and a $50 "electricity recovery fee" whatever that is. I refused to pay and they reported me to collections, so I'm going through that process right now. Hopefully they'll relent so we don't end up in court, but I'm refusing to pay

UNLIVABLE. We have lived here only 6 weeks and the fire alarms have gone off more than 6 times, often multiple times in one day. Most of the alarms have been scheduled and/or due to maintenance setting it off, never with prior warning from management despite multiple requests for management to do so. The alarms go off constantly and we have a newborn. In speaking with other residents this is a constant problem, ongoing for years, and management has never been able to improve the problem. I would stay far far away from The Point at Ashburn.

I love living in this community. It is clean and quiet. The office staff here is absolutely wonderful, Tricia Kane has been very helpful with answering questions I have had. Sultan also was very helpful and made the move in process easy. As a prior leasing consultant I understand how properties should be ran and what to look for when moving to a new community and I am pleased with my choice. The maintenance team responds to requests VERY quickly and most times it is the same day. My carpet was unraveling near my kitchen floor and I submitted a ticket they took care of it and they also provided

Be warned!
After living in this community for 2 years I moved out in June of 2019.
The positives:
-The maintenance is almost always very fast to respond.
-Some of the office staff are very nice.
-Garage under the building is convenient.
-Good storage space in the apartment.
The negatives:
- The cabinetry in both the kitchen and bathrooms was in poor condition with the laminate very worn and chewed up at the edges.
- The apartments are the noisiest I have ever lived in. You can actually hear your neighbors talking if you are in the bathroom. Worse, you can also clearly hear them vomit, amongst

I write this review as an exit review. I raved about this place 15 months ago and my review did not disappoint.
Not only did I enjoy my home, maintenance is number one thing I will rave about. Oddell, Jose 1. Jose 2 and Armondo are like a second set of family that cares just as much as you do about urgency to fixing any problems. The always leave it better than they found it and are quick with updates about the progress.
The front desk is better than any other apartments I have lived at in 8 years. Sultan and Moana know you by name and actually care about your day and always ask about your

I am not quite sure why they only have 2.5 stars. I moved in June of 2018 and my experience has been stellar so far. They keep the place clean all the time and those 2 times that I needed something repaired in my unit, they fixed it the same day(within 2 hours.) During the snow days, stairs, walkway, and roads were plowed right away. It is a quiet safe place to live. I have no complaints so far. Muna, the leasing consultant at their office made me feel welcome when I moved in. I sent her emails asking questions and she responds the same day. She's always willing to help. Perfect customer

About to be warned again!
Not a safe place to live, especially when you have a child. If something breaks just expect it to stay that way. Unless you want to complain to the point of nagging. The underground parking is great until your gate doesn't open and your stuck in the garage. Be careful walking around, they don't up up wet floor signs. My 3 year old was running one day and slid across the floor and slammed her mouth, which was a bloody mess. Attitude from pretty much anyone who works there. Also, pool says it opens at 10 but not really until 11. One day during the summer around

I moved to the Point at Ashburn in Feb "18 and can say without hesistation this is the best community! The apartment is phenominal and the ammenities are amazing. What sets this place apart, however, is the wonderful staff. The property manager Randa is assertive and attentive to all resident issues. Leasing Manager Erica is both professional and friendly. She always greets me with a smile and even has treats for my two daughters when she sees them. They love "Ms. Erica". Leasing consultant, Sultan, quite simply is the man. His knowledge, insight and positive demeanor regarding

We are approaching our one year and are going to renew for another year. Much of what the other people complain about is just not true. Some people just have really unrealistic expectataions that are out of line with thier budgets. It's an apartment, not the Ritz. The amenities are well kept and convenient. The gym is 24/hrs. We love being able to walk to the gym every morning instead of fighting traffic to get to Gold's. The office staff, espeically the Assistant Manager, has been very helpful. Maintenance is responsive. Moorefield Village has been an excellent place to live. While the rent is on the higher side for apartment complexes in the area, it has been well worth it to live in such a well-organized community.
In particular, the staff have just been absolutely amazing. A big shout out to Brandon for helping me when my Hello Fresh delivery has going to be delivered while I was out of town. He was so helpful in putting the food in our fridge and even emailed me to let me know everything was put away. The staff also is very good about communicating about building repairs, snow removal, and apartment activities

We've been here since 2012 and love living here. We were on the 3rd floor of the main secured building. However, once kids got older, we moved to the 1st floor of the garden apartments so they could run around freely without worrying about the neighbors downstairs. They were very accommodating in helping us move. The property is clean, safe, and beautiful. The location is convenient. There is plenty of parking for residents and visitors. Maintenance staff is quick to fix small issues, such as changing light bulbs, and taking care of other small things that pop up. Office staff is great as well
