Going into our 4th year living here. Office staff are always nice, maintenance is pretty quick when there's a problem. I live near the dog park and its normally pretty quiet over here. The upstairs neighbors can be a little loud at times, but that's apartment living for ya. I also feel safe going outside, day or night, which I didnt feel at the last apartments we lived in so that's always good.

Maintenance are very fast fixing things .
They keep the apartment complex clean.
They have a dog park u must clean up after your pet.. And a small pool and laundry room if u need it. And a play ground

I lived here for a little over 2 years. For the most part, I didn't mind my stay. Maintenance was quick and responsive and the office personnel are friendly enough. My apartment was fairly priced and I never had any issues with neighbors. HOWEVER, THEY WILL NOT RETURN DEPOSITS! My apartment was left in amazing shape as I cleaned it for a week prior to moving out. I received my letter saying that I would receive my deposit minus the final water bill, but the check never came. I moved out May 31, 2019. It is March 9, 2020 and I still have not received my deposit. I have called the leasing office

This is the first apartment I have lived in since I moved to South Carolina and I couldn't have picked a better place! Everyone in the office is so incredibly nice and helpful. The maintenance here is timely and efficient.
Country Club Apartments is comfy and quiet. I've never been disturbed by noise. Our comfort is a priority for management here. I've also felt like the questions or concerns I have had are valued by management.

I've only been here a week and I love it. I am blessed beyond measure. I got a 50 in TV for approval, free rent this month for my job placement, 100.00 off next month for referral. Cockroaches in the apartments. Also this is the catfish of apartments, they advertise the gym and two swimming pools but only one of the swimming pools is included with the rent the other you have to pay for with the gym membership. Also utilities are no longer included. You have to pay rent, electricity, water, garbage, and to top it all off you have to pay an administrative fee just to be able to pay your bills while residing at the apartment complex. Looking forward to the end of my lease.
