Reading through some of the bad reviews and felt the need to step up. People are very quick to leave a bad review when they are upset but rarely leave a good review when happy. The staff the past year really care about their residents. To see people complain about bugs in their apartment is appalling. My apartment gets treated every month and if I see just one bug and call the office they put me on the schedule to get an extra treatment that same week. The new manager has continued to fight for her tenants safety and kept us in the loop monthly through monthly news letters. She finally announced

Literally the best Apartments staff wise in town. They are all so nice, energetic, caring, welcoming, and helpful. If you have a problem with your unit all you have to do is call the office and it’s taken care of. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Mary Ann’s team can take on any other apartments any day. Periodt.

These apartments are not where you want to be. I know it’s probably cheaper than other places but once you get in here you will wish you never did. Management is horrible and she just hires random people off the street to come in your apartment and do nothing. The bugs are bad and they have mold everywhere. If you want to get sick and be roommates with bugs then this place is where you want to be.

I have lived here through 3 owners, and with each it has been a good place to live. There are woods behind all of the buildings, and it feels like it's close to nature even though it's not far from the city. The rent is reasonable, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the maintenance people know what they're doing. I lived in my last apartment more than 20 years, so it was hard to move when the complex I was in actually started becoming unsafe. Moving to Cross Creek was the best move I ever made. I've never regretted it.
