I have been living at Hidden Park Apartments for 12 years, and I love it here. The apartments are nice and well maintained, and the scenery here is beautiful. With all the pretty trees and wide open places you really get the feel of being at the park. It is also nice and quiet here.
The apartments are now being managed by GVA Property Management, and the staff is very outgoing and friendly. Maintenance issues are always handled swiftly and with high priority.
The property manager, Cheryl May, is the best that's ever been here.

I have been a resident at Hidden Park Apartments for 17 years, and I am proud to call Hidden Park my home.
Several different property owners have owned Hidden Park since I first moved here 17 years ago. Today it is owned and operated by GVA Property Management. Cheryl May is the current property manager here at Hidden Park Apartments, and she is by far the best property manager to ever work here. She is kind, polite and professional, and she really cares about the residents here at Hidden Park.

I love this place and it doesn't seem to be a bad place to live i will be moving in soon and all of the staff are really on there stuff and are willing to work with you and get you in what makes you happy! Im not sure what most people are talking about but this place has came a long way very big and spacious! And nice updates and I love Amanda for getting us into a best spot that fits for us! They have very good workers that understand you, and wants nothing but the best for you. I think most post are just because some people can never be thankful enough but I am. Thanks hidden park apartment!

When we first lived here the apartment manager was a very kind lady and had no trouble with anyone .. this past year they changed management. The neighborhood is not safe for children or anyone at all. Someone tried to break in our apartment here, we could hear our upstairs neighbors beating up his gf, sound like a zoo and rap concert upstairs. We complained to management serval attempts, and nothing was done..... finally we moved. Management got bad and they wouldn't calm our too upstairs down. They try to fine people for trash $25 and not to mention this place is loaded with cockroaches

I have been living in Hidden Park Apartments for 16 years and 10 Months and I love it here very much and do not want to live anywhere else. The new Manager,Her Staff and the maintenance Crew are great people and they are doing great things with the apartments.
Also it is a safe place to live and the security guards help keep it a safe place to live.
I heard that Brandy has been fired and she did not deserve to be fired.
She has only been working here a few months and she has been doing a great job.
Can you please give her job back?
