Do NOT lease with the park at Vietti! Save your money and go elsewhere. I have lived here since Oct 2020. I have had numerous issues with my power and air conditioning since we moved in. There have been 3 separate property managers since we have lived here. Our pipes have busted, the knobs in the bathtub have fell off, our bathtub finish is peeling off, and we had rat feces in our outside storage closet until about 2 months ago when one of the property managers came to clean it out. Well i dont like when places lie. Yesterday i called to see if the pool was open they said it would be open Thursday (TODAY) but last week i asked in person they said it had to be treated LAST WEEK and they are just now treating it.

I stayed at Vietti from 3/2020 to 3/2021. Jameka was always nice to me, so this is nothing against her. Do not sign a lease at this place. You will have problem after problem and they won't get fixed or they will be half a** fixed. They don't answer the phone. You can call, get no answer, but if you walk in immediately after calling, one of them is usually just sitting at the computer. There were documented problems that I had upon moving in that I still had when I left. I'm convinced every building has HVAC problems that they ignore because everyone that I talked to there, no matter the floor

I wish I had enough space to write about the many things that are wrong with this place. My husband and I moved in about a year ago and it has been constant issues. Our bathroom ceiling began leaking shortly after we moved in. When maintenance finally did show up they determened that the leak was coming from our upstairs neighbor's bathtub. After they "fixed" it, it has still been an ongoing issue. Not to mention the mold that occurred from all that leakage.
The next problem is the neighbors that have parties every weekend just about with so many guests that they take up parking spaces from those

Honestly wouldn’t even give this place one whole star. My husband and I moved in expecting a renovated apartment (that’s what was shown and advertised) and got a dump full of duct tape and mold. A month into our lease the sink and dishwasher got clogged and we were unable to use it. Maintenance did not show up until a month after we put in a request (after we had to figure out how to fix it ourselves). Maintenance also did not show up when we had no heat (again had to figure it out ourselves). AND when we had water heater issues, they replaced our broken water heater with another broken one

Awesome experience here today. I am a technician and deal with many property management groups...The On site manager Ms. Jameka could not have been more helpful!!! She appeared to be very busy yet still took time to communicate with me throughout the time there and showed me around while explaining the issue . This made for a much more fluid Diagnosis. Awesome Mngmnt team...thank you!

Update in response to the reply: I have contacted the parent company and the front office. No one had contacted me back in response to my most pressing issue.
I don't like to post 1 star reviews (you can check me on that) but I have reached my final straw: theft.
I moved here because it was one of the only places with washer dryer included. I didn't have those the 1st month moving in
I have had pest after pest. And though I consistently made requests, pest control only came once after months. I've had to buy sprays and devices to keep them out out of my own pocket.

Awesome apartment complex. Staff always so friendly and understanding if you have issues or concerns. I really like the surprise breakfasts they give out in the mornings as I am on my way to work.

This place hosts events to gather 5 star reviews so keep that in mind. There are changes being made but if you are not in a renovated apartment you're pretty much SOL. Maintenance is slow and doesn't fix things well. Management has changed and is better but in effort to improve things they make decisions that are a determent to immediate community needs.

I just met with Erica Daniels at the front office. I’ve lived here for two years and we are leaving once this lease ends to move into a home. We really loved living here and I have noticed a tremendous change these past few months since Erica got here. We finally get our monthly calendars, and she is always hosting small events at our office to make it feel more at home. She told me if I needed anything, she would handle it. She is helping make our process a breeze. Go talk to her if you have any questions or concerns. I could tell she truly enjoys her job here. :)
