Omni is dedicated to creating a professional working relationship with owners, investors, resident clients and staff. Since 2004, Omni's staff has successfully managed HUD subsidized multifamily properties, LIHTC properties, and properties developed using HOME funds.
A Graduate of Webster University with an MBA concentrating in management, Mr. LeGrant was raised in New York City by parents who worked and subsequently retired from the New York City Housing Authority, Dwayne has been around the affordable housing industry for over 30 years.As the managing partner he oversees the daily operations of the Omni, which has resulted in nine years of steady growth.
