Only gave 2 starts because they have a pool and the master bedroom is very spacious and has a walk in closet. Aside from that, maintenance shows up when they want, they claim the fix stuff but they dont! I had to go back a few times on my bf account and say they didnt fix anything after they said they did to the point where I dont do it anymore. The apt my bf moved into after two weeks was infested with roaches, exterminator didnt do anything, they helped the problem for 2 weeks and then they came back out, exterminator doesnt even come to the apt anymore. Living by the woods, there be centipedes

I like Doncaster Village but as of right now, I am extremely disappointed. This community has an extremely bad problem with mice. I had to have maintenance come to my apartment twice to close holes in it but the mouse issue seems to never go away and I had to use my own money to buy an effective to fix issue. Even though I caught it, I’m nervous that more mice will enter my apartment. I wish Doncaster Village would address the problem of how mice are getting in their buildings but it seems that us residents are left to fend for ourselves.

I am very disappointed with this complex. I have only lived here a month and have had a number of issues. Submitted several maintenance requests even called the rental office to have my wall looked at due to a water leakage and no one has come to check on it. Next step will be reaching out to corporate. How do expect to paid each month on time but cannot make sure your residents live comfortably. Highly disappointed.

While the interior and overall “vibe” is nice, it’s a bit deceiving. We told them we wanted first floor with a sliding glass door they offered us an apartment and they happened to leave out the part that while it was first floor there was no sliding glass door and we basically lived in a cave. Not to mention our place was infested with bugs upon move in and the company did nothing about it.
Management was super unresponsive and impatient. We were late on rent one time after I set our online portal to autopay and we received a court summon almost immediately and they refused to admit fault

The bathroom lights are so loud why can't you make fix it because it's so loud and so is the bathroom when you flush it the toilet so if I want to use the bathroom in the middle of the night I will be waking up my whole family plus my dog so please fix this problem it's really bad and it's really loud like if I'm trying to listen 2 something in the bathroom I can't hear have to put it on the loudest volume that it could go to so please fix this problem thank you! other than that I recommended it

The Doncaster Village Apartments, is a great place to live if you are looking for a safe place. It's about a 30 minute drive from the downtown. The units are spacious and clean, and the staff members are awesome. . Everyone in the leasing office is super polite and always willing to help. They reply promptly to emails and overall make the Doncaster a great place to live. If you're looking to live in a clean, spacious apartment with lots of nice updates, and outstanding service , the Doncaster is the place to be.
