I’ve never lived here but any company that relies on fake ratings is not one I would rent from.
They’re obviously hiding something

It’s been a year since I’m at Taylor Garden. I love the area loves my apartment, and even the office staff who trieds their best, but on the other hand Iam very fed up with promises being made and not full filled. My bathroom shower water is a problem keeps changing while showering either it gets extremely hot or cold. They checked the water heater with promise of changing the stem cells in the bathroom, I’m still waiting. It has been months of complaining, i most certainly will not like for someone to get burn and the law has to step in. My electric bill is high because the thermostat not

I have been a tenant here for a few months and my only real problem is the constant weed smoking by random individuals in my building. The rental office staff is pretty nice however, one of the ladies has a monotone, deadpan way about her that is sometimes off putting but otherwise pleasant enough. It would be nice to have locked entries to cut down on unwanted individuals, especially the weed smokers.

They moved me in on filthy carpet that smelled nasty. I reported the problem and they did absolutely nothing. Office staff are rude, uncaring, and sarcastic. The hallways smell like urine. The laundry room is a wreck, and looks nothing like what they advertised. Strangers who don't live in the complex come in and smoke weed and stand in the back Of the buildings. I don't feel safe. If I could give zero stars I would. By far the worse place ever!

Moved in about two months ago and find this place to be a hidden treasure! The team addresses any concerns I have and Rhonda(Assistant Manager) is very kind and professional.

The new balconies are so nice! I've always loved being able to sit outside because my balcony is so huge! I also like that I'm close to Perring Parkway and all of the shops as well as 695. Everyone in the office is really nice. I like living here.

Terrible management, they have 3 different complexes, with one leasing office. I lived in Hillen & Belvedere, and the neglect shown to the tenants was unbelievable. Unprofessional & unorganized. They didn't know my scheduled move in date so I ended being forced to move into an unfinished apartment in September 2016, its January 2017 and the problems still have yet to be addressed. The maintenance men come fix things at their own leisurely pace. No one is held accountable for anything

Lived here for a year. Not bad at all. The office staff may be dodgy in some issues but you have to push them to do something for you sometimes. It's however a very safe place and clean too.
