I start by saying I live in Satyr Hill for 3 yrs My husband, I and my mother . We love the apartment and surrounding area . Had excellent neighbors We moved to the Fort Washington area with my daughter My mother and I decided to come back to the Baltimore area we decide to come back to Satry Hill since we had such great experience before . They are now under new management I believe . We was approved had a moved in date but we could not see the apartment because someone was still in the unit and was not scheduled to move out until the 31st of August I’ll move in date was the 15th of September

Please, do not move here. This rental office and the apartments here are run by greedy individuals who don't care about their tenants. They spruce up old apartments to entice new tenants, but they do nothing but raise rent and lower accommodations for existing tenants. Many of the facilities for me and existing tenants are out of date, broken, or non-existent. I have lived here for 5+ years and every year our rent is raised with no added amenities. I will only share my issue of being charged rent after moving out. I moved out in July and still received an outstanding bill the following month. I contacted ms stevens to resolve the issue in which she then became extremely unprofessional and rude. Yelling and even hanging up the phone before I was finished speaking. This is very poor customer service. Again and I’m not mentioning my experience will living in the apartment. I just want the issue resolved before it goes to collections.

I scheduled a tour with Satyr Hill Apartments via the call at 1 pm on September 11 for 2 bedroom apartment that I have been told will be available on that day.
When I arrived there lady told me that there is no tours for today.
And on top of that there are no 2 bed apartment gonna be available for September and October.
It is just one good example of what the actual management in this place is . If you could not handle a potential residents then how you treat those who singed the lease already.

Hello My Name Dolores. Me and my fiance moved into Satyr Hill Apartment in August 2019 and I have nothing but good thing to say from the beginning of us putting in our application to the move in date. Kim and Sicily are one of the best property managers and assistant manger that I have seen in a long. The timely matter that they both took care of getting our application approve and move in date was wonderful and there is always professionalism when in the office. The service technician ( Mike and Dan ) are quick to handle any problem that I may have as a resident. I'm glad that I choose to move

I have read many good reviews about this apartment, so I have decided to move in. But when I moved in, the apartment was super dirty with lot of cuts of carpet, dirt, dirty closet, uncleaned kitchen, in-short it was not cleaned. I cleaned it myself and i had no choice, because I moved from Texas and nowhere to go. when i informed about it to the office, i was told, because i need that apartment two days early, so, it was not cleaned. Does it satisfy the tenant? i paid for two days and i suppose to get cleaned apartment. later on my ford truck has been broken in the parking lot at night and my wallet

I've lived here since 2016- for the first several years our experience was great. But over the last year and a half or so, the quality of the staff responses has really gone downhill. I cannot put in a single maintenance request without being derided and dismissed. But due to the fondness I had for where I lived, I never felt it necessary to complain, even when my upstairs neighbors repeatedly caused my bathroom to molder, a now YEARLY repair that maintenance never gives more than a rush patch job.

I've been living here for almost a year now and it's great! The community is always so clean which is one of my favorite parts. Now my dog is not constantly sniffing or trying to pickup litter. Everyone who works here is incredibly helpful and on top of their game! Thank you for the consistent cleanliness!

I love the apartment complex Satyr Hill. It is a wonderful place to live and is in a very convenient location. It is very quiet and the apartments are spacious. The staff and residents are very friendly and I love the fact the apartment complex is very diverse. It is wonderful how the management team give events that bring us all together to mingle and get to know one another!
