While on my own fitness journey, I saw people spend time and money on generic fitness programs and nutritional supplements with minimal success. That inspired me to start WCF, a fitness company dedicated to getting the best fitness results. As the company grew, my team and I confirmed that great coaching and a healthy lifestyle can inspire powerful and positive change in every area of an individual's world.

The mission of World Changing Fitness is to change the world by helping people like you achieve meaningful results. Your daily exercise program is delivered directly to you along with instructional videos and virtual coaching sessions, making our customized workout plans flexible for you and accessible 24 hours a day.

And it's hard to workout and drink beer or wine at the same time, and that beer or wine are sounding pretty good right now. And then you'd have to plan the workouts. And you know you should eat better, but cooking and meal planning is a lot of work, too. Through decades of experience and training, we've developed programs and personal coaching that will get you to where you want to go.
There are a lot of things in this world that you cannot control. You can't control others. You can't control a novel virus outbreak. You can't control life's events and circumstances that just happen, like an airplane crash or a car accident. And you most definitely can't control your kids. The only thing you truly have control over in this entire world is yourself.
Many people hate working out. They hate working out so much that they just don't do it. As a result, if they have a poor diet, they gain weight, and they will continue to do so as they age due to their metabolism slowing down. Despite the fact that most people know that diet and exercise are the key to a healthy weight and an active lifestyle, many people struggle to eat right, exercise, or both.
As a competitive athlete, you understand the sacrifices it takes to compete at the highest level. You've put in hours of practice, skill work, and strength and endurance training, and you've hours to go. At some point, you may feel stuck in your training or unmotivated. That's where a great personal trainer can help.

Jessica is an absolute great trainer and her personality makes it even better. I started training with Jess to get in shape to play at the collegiate D1 level in volleyball. I play at TCU on there volleyball team. In order for me to be in the best shape possible I depended on Jess to make that happen. She is very good with understanding your body and the type of training that needs to be done. Jess will push you when times get harder, and she also is not afraid to compete with you. I would recommend Jess to anyone who is looking to improve in training.

Jessica is the best! She worked with my daughter all summer and pushed her further than she’s gone before. She genuinely cares for her clients and it shows. We are volleyball ready!!

I have been working with Kyle from World Changing Fitness for about Six months now and I can say it has been worth every penny! He has helped me get to a healthier place and helped me lose over 25 pounds.
