I offer a detailed and thorough inspection of the home you are buying. I examine the grounds, roof, exterior, interior, check all windows and doors, test every outlet and switch, examine and test all toilets, sinks and visible plumbing, examine and test HVAC system (Air Conditioning), examine the electric panel, test appliances, examine attic (space permitting) and examine walls, ceilings and floors.
