I lived here for six years and gave 30 days notice before moving out (I was told that's all I needed to do if I was moving out before the end of my lease) and never received any of my deposit back when we moved out during the pandemic. A year and a half after never receiving a bill from Westbury Mews I get a $895 bill from a collections company. That's my thanks for over $75000 in ontime rent!

This place is trash! Called in a work order for my inside temp being over 80 and it’s 90 outside. Maintenance comes and tells me it’s my fault because my room door is closed which was open right before they arrived! Meanwhile my room door being closed shouldn’t effect the temperature in the whole apartment! So I will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow it’s been an ongoing problem for over a month now!

Lived here for 2 years and the office staff were always great! They were always very friendly and helpful! The complex was in the process of a renovation and I'd say the apartments are at a reasonable price point for what they offer. The courtyard in the middle is fantastic too. Make sure you keep an eye out for the gnomes in the trees!

-There is tons of shade
-pet friendly
-affordable
-convenient location
-the pool deck, courtyard, pet stations and entry to the community are cleaned daily.
-Management shows extreme care for the property and has always been very friendly and professional. Both management & maintenance go above and beyond to ensure the residents safety & happiness which why there are many people who have lived here for 10+ years and why I am on my 3rd lease renewal.

We have lived here for almost a year. I would recommend this community to anyone with animals and children. It is a cozy cottage feeling complex that takes you out of the hussle of everyday life and our leaders Lorrie, Elena and Alan are right there when you have any problems or issues. I am very pleased living at Westbury Mews. I have been there since June 2017. Elena, in the office, responds to any issues very quickly. I feel safe in this community. The screened porches are what attracted me to this community first. The pool and hot tub are kept very clean. The apartments are laid out nice and most have washer/dryer connections.

I've lived at Westbury Mews for 5 months now. It is just what I was looking for. Elena and Lorrie are kind and very helpful. Couldn't ask for better management. The thing I appreciate most is the landscaping of the property and the fact that they don't have lots of hidden costs on top of your rent. Also when I moved in my apartment was very clean. I didn't have to go back over and clean everything. That was refreshing.
